Great stay. Not small dog friendly

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great at this house except for the large gaps noticed in the bottom of the fence. Our dog got out and we had to have them on leashes the rest of the trip. The elevator was very good for unloading and packing up during the stay

The property management company provided excellent service.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Garden City Realty makes your stay very easy. We had a great response with maintenance. We had a little trouble getting the air adjusted correctly and also we had a leak from the shower and maintenance. Was there in 10 minutes actually it started in the showerhead and there was no damage. The house was beautiful and accommodated us very well who was very clean as well as the house we enjoyed our stay.

New Years Group

Overall a great time with long time friends. Some issues that need attention. Code to open lock was wrong. Freezing weather. Great response from emergency number but still took time to get in. No television instructions- had to call emergency number to get someone out. Great response, nice person, but he was not familiar with TV. Finally got it figured out but remote still had problems the whole stay. Dining room chair was very unstable, called maintenance again--nice guy worked on it to stablilized it. Needs more pans for kitchen and big bowls. Bring your own clothes hangers! Trash can in kitchen is oversized so regular trash bags we all have do not fit. Need the large black bags.Charcoal grill is very small. Not large enough for 12 good sized hamburgers.

Overall good experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience- location and amenities. Great experience with reservations. The house wasn’t completely clean: floors were dirty, stairs had pet hair gathered on them and bathroom showers had hair and body wash streaks in them. Sink had a leak and it took maintenance a couple of days to arrive (after several calls-miscommunication within the maintenance department). Maintenance staff and reservation staff were very nice.

We theoughly enjoyed thr home which was vwry clean when we arrived and was very beautiful. It was so nice having our own pool in the back yard. We had so much fun tjat we have already booked for next year. Thank you Garden Citu Realitu for allowing us to book this wonderful trip.
