Welcome to “On Point,” a laid-back coastal getaway nestled between the inlet and the ocean in the heart of Garden City Beach. Just steps from the shore and close to local favorites like Gulf Stream Café and The Quay, this comfortable home sleeps up to 10 and is made for easy beach days, breezy evenings, and good times with family or friends.

The location was ideal and convenient, making it easy to get to the beach, explore the area, and relax in the pool or on the front porch!The home itself was clean, spacious and cozy, with a beautiful view, well-equipped kitchen, and PRIVATE pool. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth, and any questions we had were promptly answered.Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely book it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent. More beach towels provided than needed, clean, well appointed and kitchen was well stocked. The accommodation were perfect for our family. There was ample room for the 9+ infant, the layout was perfect and gave the house the feel of more space than the actual square footage. We subscribed to the beach chairs and umbrella set up, best decision ever! Beach access directly across the street, a must for a tier 2 property! They were set up promptly each morning and taken down well after we left the beach in the late afternoon. If we decide to return we would book again.

Great Location

Our stay at On Point was a good one. The check in/checkout procedure was fast and easy. The pool was great and we had plenty of room. The dishwasher messed up mid-week and the dryer was not drying well the time we were there. By the end of the week no hot air was blowing at all. I tried to contact the property manager but received no response. Other than that our stay was great. The location is wonderful. Thanks for a good week at the beach.

Great Location

Pros: Location, plenty of room, bedrooms were great, great for my dog a 30lb. goldendoodle Cons: Needs more furniture by the pool, the two lounge chairs were nice, everything else was falling apart. Grill was in the listing then I was told I wasn't getting one. Showed up there was two grills one gas and one charcoal both were filthy. AC was not working correctly, technicians were there three times during the week and it was still not working correctly by the time we left. We were lucky the week we were there was not to hot.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental house is perfect. However, a little more detail from the rental company needs to be had. When we arrived, the house was clean. The outdoor area needed some attention. The pool had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and the small yard that we had had huge dog tirds all over it. The primary rooms blinds were falling down and the door fell off the closet. Also, our dishwasher didn’t work and couldn’t be replaced the entire week we were there. Important please note that it’s listed as a five bedroom rental. However, the fifth room is underneath the house and only access by going outside. The worst part of that was the room had a wet And musky smell that had been covered up with air freshener. We would not have been able to use that room because of that. On a note we called the rental company and needed something. They took care of it for us.

The pool and outdoor seating areas were great! We were very pleased with everything and had a wonderful vacation at “On Point”.
