About Lazy River Lodge
Riverfront views, hot-tub nights, and games for the whole crew! Lazy River Lodge is a 2-bedroom + loft Guerneville cabin for 6 with a private hot tub, wraparound river-view deck, game room, fire table, and true Russian River setting. Explore Guerneville, Armstrong Redwoods, and Sonoma Wine Country, then come home for ping pong, foosball, BBQ, and sunset by the river. Perfect for families, couples, friends, girls’ getaways, and river lovers.

Why This Home Stands Out
Lazy River Lodge puts the Russian River right outside your window. A wraparound river-view deck, private hot tub, fire table, and peaceful redwood setting make the most of the waterfront location, while ping pong and foosball keep the fun going indoors. During the summer season, a private swim platform/dock adds direct access to the water: Due to dam removal, dock and boats have been put away for 2026. Will be available again June 2027. Dates yet to be determined.


Living Spaces
The bright, open living room makes the river part of the experience with beautiful water views and direct deck access. A large sectional, Smart TV, and wood-burning stove create a cozy gathering place for movie nights, fireside evenings, and downtime between adventures.


Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining table make group meals easy, with river views adding to the atmosphere. Fire up the gas BBQ and take dinner outside to the wraparound deck for an evening overlooking the water.

A comfortable King bedroom with TV.

Bedroom 2 — Queen Bed
A welcoming Queen bedroom for a restful night after days exploring the Russian River.

Loft — Two Queen Beds + Two Twin Beds
A flexible loft sleeping area with multiple beds for families and groups.


Bathrooms
One full bathroom and one half bathroom serve the home.
A laundry area is also available for guest use.


Game Room
When you’re ready for some friendly competition, head to the game room for ping pong and foosball. It’s an especially fun bonus for families, groups, rainy afternoons, and evenings after a day exploring the river and Wine Country.


Outdoor Living
The wraparound river-view deck is the heart of Lazy River Lodge. Start the morning with coffee overlooking the Russian River, grill dinner on the gas BBQ, dine outside beneath the redwoods, or gather around the gas fire table as evening falls.
A private hot tub adds the perfect ending to the day—settle in, relax, and enjoy the peaceful riverfront setting.


SEASONAL RIVER ACCESS
Lazy River Lodge is a true riverfront property with beautiful Russian River views
Due to dam removal, dock and boats have been put away for 2026. Will be available again June 2027. Dates yet to be determined.
A private swim platform/dock is installed seasonally during the summer. It is removed when seasonal dams are taken out. Availability and removal timing depend on annual river conditions and dam schedules.

***Quiet on deck and in hot tub area 9PM to 9AM. Sonoma County Ordinance for ALL vacation homes. We have year-round neighbors. Please respect their "sound space" on deck, in hot tub area and game room/garage

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
