GREAT LOCATION
The RUSSIAN RIVER is so close. You are 1 BLOCK to the Pedestrian Bridge Walkway crossing the River to the TOWN of GUERNEVILLE and JOHNSON'S BEACH . The Russian River is known for swimming, boating, fishing and playing. Dogs love it too.
A tennis/basketball /pickleball courts, jungle-jim park and a miniature golf course with bike rental just down the street. 18 hole professional golf course a few miles away. The 100 RUSSIAN VALLEY WINERIES start a couple miles up the road. ARMSTRONG WOODS Giant Redwood Preserve with great hiking trails is a few miles away and makes a great PICNIC area.. Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Healdsburg are all 20-30 min. Lots of unique little towns all around this area with local art and craftsman shops. There are restaurants galore from fine to very casual. Sonoma County fresh herb Farm to Table cooking is famous. The COAST is just 12 miles away. GOAT ROCK STATE PARK has a BEACH and views to die for. Drive the coast to Bodega Bay or Mendocino. The main floor living room is open with large L shape couch and comfy chairs great for watching the 48 inch SMART TV or a Movie on the DVD or Netflix. It is quiet and cozy for reading and relaxing in front of the GAS FIREPLACE while listening to the music. Enjoy (30+ DVD's) Board Games, Puzzles, Books & Local Info.

Dining room table seats 8-10 and overlooks the deck. The deck is the full length of the home with a 6 person Spa, 6 burner Gas Grill, Table & Chairs(8) and views of the giant redwoods, my grapevines and stars at night. There is also a front deck to catch sun or shade.
The CHILDREN can play and watch TV/DVD UPSTAIRS while the adults ENJOY DINNER on the MAIN FLOOR. My home is great for a 2 family rental with the 2 floors. Or perfect for 3 couples with 2 children. Lots of gathering space.
