Family fun!

Enormous house built for a large family with all the toys and entertainment you could want - pool, hot tub, indoor hoops, large kitchen and plenty of beds and bathrooms. It's a great staging area for trips into Zion Park. A fun, must-do attraction is the Zion Hot Springs right down the street.

Perfect Home for a Fall Break Vacation

We had a wonderful time spending our kids' fall break in southern Utah with friends and this house was so great. The heated pool and hot tub in the back yard was perfect since the air temps were in the 60s and 70s while we were there. We enjoyed playing pickleball on the courts in the neighborhood. There were lights for playing at night and the house had some paddles to use. Our kids loved the new ice cream/coffee shop with Blue Bell ice cream near the pickleball courts. We had a great time climbing around on the red rocks around the reservoir at Sand Hollow. Some of us mountain biked in Hurricane and loved that. There is so much to do close to the house! We would like to try the nearby ropes course but didn't have time this trip. The house felt new, clean and nicely organized. There were lots of fun board games for groups. It worked really well for a few families staying there together.

Great spot for our family reunion in southern Utah!

We loved it!! The house was so spacious, well organized, and nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. The home's amenities were perfect for my grandkids of all ages - we spent lots of time in the large back yard pool as well as the community pools. The hot tub was roomy and nice. It was well stocked with bath towels and pool towels so we didn't have to worry about bringing those! The kids had fun with the ping pong table, corn hole, and board games stocked at the house. There are great restaurants in the area - we loved nearby River Rock Roasting Company (coffee shop with pastries and great lunch items), Pig's Ear (good salads and other good lunch/dinner food) and Red Fort (Indian food). Cooking at the house was also convenient. We can't wait to come again in the future!

Favorite vacation rental in the St. George area!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful vacation home in southern Utah. It's clean, roomy, and laid out well for groups to gather in one space or to spread out on the main floor, upstairs, outside, etc. The beds are SO comfy. We love how close it is to so many cool places in the area (Zion, Sand Hollow, and Snow Canyon). We appreciate the well-stocked kitchen items that make cooking for a group easy and it's super convenient to run to the nearby massive Walmart to get anything you need! Our teens had so much fun playing pool volleyball in the back yard and relaxing in the hot tub at night. Highly recommend!! We'll be back for our kids' soccer tournament this winter!

Perfect setup

Dream vacation home

This home was the perfect setting for family and friends to gather and make lifelong memories. Good location between national parks. Very well stocked from kitchen to pool towels. Excellent layout for large groups with everyone having their own space. Clean and spacious. Owner thought of everything from games to comfort. Was hard to leave this dream home.

Quiet luxury and comfort

Our family of 7 including our toddler grandson stayed to visit Zion. The location was fantastic. Views from the front porch to the top balcony. Light and airy with plenty of space for us all to be together or to do our seperate things. Our grandson lived in the pool and having it heated was an added bonus. Plenty of supplies to cook and do laundry. We cooked 95% of our meala so having access to spices, pans, cooking utensils and a nice size fridge was great for us. The location is 5 min from Walmart and 10- 20 minutes from more bustling towns. I loved being surrounded by the mountains and not so much city but being close enough to get to the city easily. There was construction in the neighborhood and its an up and comming area so surrounding neighborhoods had construction as well. Honestly it didn't effect our stay in a negative way. We took several walkas around the neighborhood and my grandson loved seeing the front loaders at work!My only suggestions are for the neighborhood not the home itself. Because the construction isnt very contained there's debris on the sidewalks and flew into the pool a few times. The community areas had lots of dead plants. The gym had no way to clean equipment or get water to drink as the outside drinking fountain wasnt working. The neighborhood is beautiful to walk and admire the different units these things would just improve that experience.

Great Place for Families

We absolutely loved this property. We had 3 families all with multiple kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, but also enough space to spread out in our own areas! The kids loved having their own private pool and hot tub after a long day of hiking! There were lots of games at the house, as well as community areas to keep everyone entertained! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and plenty of seating for everyone! There were also great local restaurants for nights out! We found great places to hike locally and an easy drive to Zion. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a large group!

AWESOME, beautiful house for a group with everything you could need!

We stayed at Sand Hollow Sunrise recently for a soccer tournament, and we LOVED it! We had a group of three couples and a bunch of kids, and it was the perfect space for all of us. The couples each had a very comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom, and we loved that there were two roomy bunk rooms - we did a girls room and a boys room. I think we had ten kids total, but we easily could have fit more kids in there! It makes such a huge difference to have a place with a private pool, rather than making a trek to a public or shared pool! We absolutely loved the pool, the hot tub, and the outdoor relaxation areas, where the kids spent most of their time, and it was nice that we could relax inside or outside with the kids in view. The indoor living area is roomy and worked great when we invited extra friends over to eat and swim. The kitchen is big and the best-stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. It felt just like home for me, a person who likes to cook a lot. Everything I needed was there, from an instant pot to a high quality blender to a lime juicer! Plus, big platters, bowls, cookie sheets, etc. - Everything needed for feeding a crowd! Plenty of space in the dining and living areas (with extra bar seats behind the couch) for inviting friends over for dinner and having a bit of a party. We could have expanded seating onto the patio as well. I love that there is also an extra living space upstairs with TVs, video games, board games, a table, and a patio - our teens spent a lot of time up there and enjoyed having a separate space of their own. Overall, the house was extremely clean, fresh, and comfortable. Well-stocked with all the amenities, well-thought out floor plan and even little extras like plenty of towel hooks in the bathrooms for extra swimsuits! Anyway, I could go on and on, but this is definitely a place we will be bookmarking and returning to for future trips to the St. George area!

Sand Hollow Sunrise February stay

Just returned from staying at the best vacation home we've ever stayed in!! It was super clean, incredibly well-equipped with absolutely everything anyone could need, and lots of fun activities for kids! Ensuite bath for every bedroom, kitchen equipped with absolutely everything, and a beautiful pool and hot tub to enjoy in lovely February weather in southern Utah. You can't go wrong staying here!

Incredible place that has all the amenities and more!

Our stay at Sand Hollow Sunrise was nothing short of exceptional! The thoughtful attention to detail truly made our experience comfortable and effortless. From built-in nightlights and charging outlets by the bedside to incredibly soft extra blankets placed throughout the space, every amenity was designed with care. The home offered everything we could possibly need—plenty of dishware, games, TVs, and cozy couches, as well as ample room to dine and entertain. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect, and we especially appreciated the provided pickleball rackets and balls for some outdoor fun, as well as the kayaks available for exploring Sand Hollow. The space was beautifully designed with plenty of room to host a family gathering. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Best Fall Break Ever!!

I usually don't take the time to leave comments but this trip was too amazing. Not only did we have perfect weather, but the hikes and scenery we were able to take in were absolutely phenomena. This rental had us close enough to drive to all the delicious restaurants in St George, but away from the crowds. Close enough to shop, but plenty to do if you didn't want to leave the house. 5 minutes away there is the gorgeous Sand Hollow Reservoir. We were able to park our boat close to the house, but you can also rent at the marina as well. The water is clear and warm and has amazing rock/cliff jumping. We were also able to drive to Zion's and this location is about 45 minutes closer than staying in St. George. This location also has an amazing pool that was warm every hour of the day and our kids played for hours. There was plenty of space for a big crowd of cousins and ping pong and corn hole for the kids who didn't want to get wet. When we needed down time, there are 2 spaces for board games, video games and watching movies. Needless to say, we made core memories at our stay here. This is definitely going to be a family tradition from here on!

Overall we had a wonderful time!!!! And the house is great!!! We had plenty of room and were super comfortable :) There was a small gas leak outside and the smoke detectors went off in the night, but that wasn’t anything to do with the property managers…just one of those things that comes with owning a house haha! They were super kind to work with and VERY quick with communication :) We will definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay for our three families including 6 adults and 7 kids. There was more than enough room for us all to be comfortable and have some privacy. We were there during a very hot week so the pool was very popular and we made great use of a the well-stocked kitchen. We didn’t have time to watch TV, but the Nintendo area was a big hit with the boys and we appreciated the wide variety of board games. We wished we had a little shop vac to take care of some of the red sand, but we soon learned it comes with the territory.

Water, Sun, FUN

What a phenomenal spot! With boating at Sand Hollow only five minutes away, our day could begin and end on the lake. But when the weather turned, our kids didn't mind going back and skipping between the private pool and the hot tub. On a hot day, there pool would have been perfect. The kitchen and great room were perfect for spreading out and playing games, and the extra game space upstairs let the teenagers bond without any hovering parents :) It was so, clean, convenient and easy. Great goats, great, site and great service.

Fantastic spot for families

We had a great time with our young tween boys. Very clean and comfortable house. Plenty of board games and video games. The pool was a big hit where there were plenty pf pool toys as well as a hot tub. We also tried out the community pool nearby which was super fun and the pickleball court was also a popular spot for us. I liked how close we were to a lot of fun things to do. Highly recommend for families or large groups wanting to have a place to be together and make memories.

The gas fire table did not work and the hot tub would not reheat after just one use, but the home was otherwise a great space for our group of 8. Just a shame to have 2 of the key outdoor amenities not work.

The Ultimate Southern Utah Vacation House

We LOVED spending our Spring Break in this house! So many amenities and stocked with everything we needed and then some. Our boys loved being close to the sand dunes to ride their dirt bikes and Razors. When they weren't out exploring new trails they were in the pool playing volleyball and having epic ping pong competitions at the house. This was the perfect gathering place for friends and family to have dinner and hang out in the evenings. We hope to stay again!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this vacation rental! The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The spacious living and dining areas provided ample room for our family to gather and enjoy meals and play games. There were so many little things that made a big difference, game consoles, sound machines, board games to name a few. Would highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!"
