About this space The Beach House at 30A is nestled in the heart of the Blue Mountain Beach, FL community of Highland Parks, which hosts a resort pool (POOL IS NOW HEATED!), hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and grill. Breathtaking views of the Gulf can be enjoyed atop the observation tower at the community pool, highest point on the Emerald Coast. Only 1 mile to 2 public beach access w/ parking, restroom, water fountains, grill & picnic area. 4 miles to Grayton State Park, most beautiful beach in the Nation! The space Why The Beach House at 30A? My sister and I have decorated the home with elegance, comfort and all the amenities in mind from high-speed WiFi, full selection of premium cable, smart TVs, games, cards, puzzles, and books, to a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and gas grill on the back patio. The Beach House at 30A caters to all guests. Guests will have direct access to owners.
The health and safety of our guests are of upmost importance to us, and we take every precaution to thoroughly disinfect and sanitize between guests to ensure our home is clean and comfortable for new arrivals. Guest access The Beach House at 30A is the perfect destination for families or small groups and provides accommodations for 8. The first floor boasts an open concept floor plan with fully stocked gourmet kitchen with gas stove/oven, comfortable living area, bar with stools and separate dining area. Enjoy preparing that freshest seafood dinner or snack then relax while viewing your favorite TiVO sports, kids or movie packages on the 55" Smart HDTV or surfing the web with high-speed WiFi. One Bedroom with King bed and full bath are on the first floor.
Upstairs you will find the Master Suite with King mattress and sitting area for reading or enjoying the 55" Smart HDTV. Master bath has walk-in-shower, double vanities and linen closet for your storage needs.
A 2nd Guest Master with King bed, TV, and private tub/shower bath with linen closet upstairs.
3rd guest room upstairs had 2 XL Twin beds and smart TV.
The upstairs laundry area comes with large capacity washer and dryer, which can handle those large loads of beach towels.
The tank-less water heater is awesome providing plenty of hot water for the family.
Parking pad and driveway offer space for 3 vehicles (no street parking allowed per HOA rules).
The Beach House at 30A has two porches for you to take in the beautiful FL outdoors, one on the front and one on the side leading to the patio area out back. From the back patio and porch, the tranquil sounds of the pond fountain can be heard! Both porches each have two ceiling fans for your comfort.
This home has exterior cameras for safety during storms and while homeowners are away. There are NO interior cameras on the premises, which would jeopardize guest privacy.
The Highland Parks community resort pool (heated), hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and grills in common area, and observation tower are a short walk four lots up the nature trail. Golf cart parking is available at the community pool. (No automobile parking available).
Come take in all The Beach House at 30A has to offer during your visit to the sugary white beach sand of Florida's scenic HWY 30A. Other things to note There are 2 public beach access points less than a mile from The Beach House at 30A. Both public beach parks have car, golf cart, and bike parking in addition to restrooms and water fountain. > 4447 West County Hwy 30A - End of HWY 393 off 30A at Santa Rosa Beach > 332 Blue Mountain Road - End of HWY 83 off 30A at Blue Mountain Beach
Additionally, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and Grayton Beach State Park for public beach access are with 5 miles.
***Some restaurants do not take reservations, but for those that do, we highly recommend making reservations four weeks out especially during the summer and holiday seasons. Café 30A and The Surfing Deer are some of our favorites!

Why Santa Rosa Beach/Blue Mountain Beach specifically? The quaintness, the local flair, the beauty, the serenity. Just a short walk or drive from The Beach House at 30A and you too can experience the wonders and beauty of the emerald waters and white sand beaches.
