Welcome to Mustang Manor, a charming B&B in Fredericksburg, Texas. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 people. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, a large sitting area perfect for a quiet cup of morning coffee, and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a nice view of the front yard, and the third bedroom has two twin beds with views to the backyard. The kitchen has plenty of storage for all your groceries, a cozy breakfast nook, and a large dining room with enough space to fit everyone in your group. A coffee pot and complimentary grounds are provided. The living room TV is equipped with a Firestick so you can log into your subscriptions and watch your favorite shows, or unplug and play one of the board games or solve a couple puzzles in one of the activity books. The large back yard has plenty of space to unwind and includes a fire pit (chairs are provided in the front closet). Please check the Gillespie County Burn Ban status before starting a fire. This home is located about 1.5 miles from the Fredericksburg downtown area and a quick drive to several local wineries. Guests have loved the peaceful neighborhood and the neat and tidy space. At checkout, please make sure the following tasks are completed:
*Load the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and start the dishwasher, pods are under the sink.
*Hang dirty towels up in bathrooms
*Throw trash in the trash bin, the bin is located on the right side of the house next to the AC unit.
*Do not make the bed, keep used beds unmade
*Ensure all lights and appliances are off and all doors are locked

Very nice & quiet neighborhood. House was very comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights. A cousin and her family also stayed in the house. We had a master suite that included our own bathroom. Their bedrooms were also nice and they shared a bathroom. House was clean and comfortable. We also used washer and dryer since we had been on the road for awhile. Easy to get in the house once we arrrived. Host was easy to get ahold of if we had questions.

Lovely Fredricksburg Home

We enjoyed our stay as there was plenty of room to relax together and bedrooms with comfortable beds. There were two full baths, one as ensuite in the main bedroom and the other located between the two secondary bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, Keurig coffee maker with reusable pods, excellent corkscrew (important in wine country!), & ample space on the island that opens to the family room. TV with a fire stick is available for family movie time. Too cold on our visit but the backyard has a large fire pit and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Our host made great recommendations for dining and quicky responded to our questions prior to the visit. The Main Stree shopping & dining area is not in walking distance, but we never had an issue finding a parking spot in town. We would stay here again on a future visit if we need space for 3 or more people. The money we saved by driving 2 minutes to the Main Street area gave us plenty of money for shopping and wine tasting!

Cozy, clean, and comfortable!

Our family felt right at home here! It was such a pleasant place for resting and relaxing after our day excursions throughout the Fredericksburg area! The home exuded a bright, cheerful, and inviting atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with the necessary equipment for some simple meals we made, and the living room was likewise cozy and comfortable for evening TV watching. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it without reservation! Our thanks to the hosts for allowing us the opportunity to stay in their lovely home!

Excellent home and stay

The home is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood very close to downtown. The home itself is roomy and has all the needed perks one would want in a vacation stay. The kitchen is large and has all the cookware and amenities needed if you wanted to cook any meal. The master bedroom is super spacious as well as the bath and shower. The other bedrooms are nice in size and clean. In fact the entire home is clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The fenced back yard is super large so my small dog loved it. The host was very friendly and even left a bottle of wine for us upon check in. If in the area again, I would definitely stay here.

Mustang Manor was perfect !

We stayed for 4 days at Mustang Manor. It provided everything we needed perfectly for our family of 4 and the pups loved the big backyard. Just far enough from the busy Main Street, but just a short drive away. The host communication was EXCELLENT. We'll definitely stay when we return to Fredericksburg.

This is a great property, we’ve stayed at other VRBO’s in town and this by far is the best, would recommend and will have to stay there again.

Auntie Visit

We would stay here again without hesitation! The house is in an established, safe neighborhood very close to town. The pictures show exactly what you get: a clean, well decorated, well stocked, comfortable home. It was warm enough for us to have morning coffee on the back porch and use the provided camp chairs to sit in the backyard. We didn't use the firepit, but it was ready for us just in case. The Christmas tree and lights in the living room were a nice surprise, as well as the bottle of wine sitting on the counter to greet us after a long day of traveling. There were easy instructions for our stay and for check-out. We contacted the owner to let them know we had an extra person staying with us, and received a quick response that it was just fine. The only comment was to leave the bed unmade so they knew to wash the linens. No complaints whatsoever - highly recommended!

Lovely cozy home with all the amenities

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very easy to book our stay. Check in was a breeze. Access to the host before we arrived was quick and easy. It was cold while we were there, so we didn't use the back porch, but it was a very nice layout and would have been nice to use. The home was very nicely decorated and felt like home to us. Having access to streaming services and You Tube was an extra bonus. We would definitely re-book when we plan our next trip to Fredericksburg!
