Welcome to the newly renovated Beach House! This two bedroom, one bathroom rancher is just 4 blocks to the free beaches of the Delaware bay. Enjoy a cool summer night on the front porch. Inside you’ll find your beach escape. The beautiful open living area and kitchen greet you upon entry. The couch opens into a queen size bed. There is a 55” smart TV on an adjustable mount above a beautiful freshwater aquarium. There are 3 seats at the kitchen counter and a table for enjoying snacks and meals. There is ample cabinet space for all your goodies. - French doors lead out to a relaxing sitting area with a and fire pit. Back inside you’ll find a large deep Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom along with plenty of soft and fluffy towels. There is a 24” smart TV mounted above the door to take your spa time to the next level! The guest bedroom features two twin XL beds with a secret – they’re both adjustable with massage! There is a wired closet organizer along with a dresser for plenty of storage space. A 24” smart TV is on top of the dresser and there is a wall mounted 55” TV with a PlayStation 4, bring your own games to enjoy! The master bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, a wooden closet organizer plus a tall dresser for all your storage needs. A wall mounted 55” smart TV is ready for use.

The majority of the house is smart capable via Google assist. The lights - living room, kitchen, bathroom, kitchen cabinet lights, bathroom nightlight. The kitchen cabinet lights and bathroom nightlight can be customized to different colors. The living room and kitchen ceiling fans are voice controlled. There is a Ring doorbell/camera at the front door and 4 additional outdoor security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras. There are 2 offstreet parking spaces available along with on-street parking. The garage, outbuilding, and stone driveway are not included with rental. We stay in the back yard .. so we’re here to help 24 seven if you need anything . We ask that you please remove your shoes upon entering. No parties. No smoking. No pets. Host stays on property . In the back . In a tiny home . Property has 9 cameras . 2 on each corner of the house and one ring doorbell . :) .
