Disappointed at the beach
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The place was nice, as it usually is here. We’ve been staying here for a week every year for a long time. This year the beach wasn’t very much fun because there was a group of about 15 tents (that even wrapped around OUR tent) that ruined the beach. They were a massive group of people, and a few from their group even told us about how they weren’t all staying there, and most of them were at a hotel down the street. We pay about $2k for a week here, and this year we couldn’t even enjoy the “private” beach access because there were about 60 people clogging the place up. Management used to be more aware of making sure people on the beach we’re staying there, they also used to be more aware of taking peoples tent frames down at night to clear the beach. Which should be done to enable sea turtles to nest there at night, and to make sure the same people aren’t taking up all the space on the beach. I’m not sure that we’ll be back, we’re reviewing other options for next year, as this year was a nightmare.
