There is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 48" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has a new queen size bed and a new full size bed with a 42" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, both equipped with grab bars. The Living Room has new leather furniture and a 65 inch Samsung Tv with HD TV service for your viewing pleasure. The modern spacious kitchen has Quartz counter tops. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a Mr. Coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee machine. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
