Crew`s Cottage in Carlton Landing, Oklahoma is the perfect lake home for families & groups.
This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home has everything you need for a wonderful 5-star stay! We`ve made it easy for you to gather your friends & loved ones together and enjoy resort-style amenities in a beautiful, walkable community.
We`d love to host you in Carlton Landing on Lake Eufaula!
Crew`s Cottage is a 2 story home equipped with a living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry/mud room, master suite, and a half bath on the first floor. On the second floor you will find a bunk room, another master suite, an additional bedroom, and an additional bathroom.
The outdoor living area is very spacious and includes a large screened in porch with an outdoor fireplace, a stacking glass patio door to connect the inside to the outside, a large, comfy porch swing, a fire pit area with turf, and beautiful landscaping to surround.
Uncovered parking is at the back of the home. There is much within walking distance, and golf carts can also be rented. (See the Guidebook for information)
Carlton Landing is a master developed lake community designed after Seaside, Florida. There is much to do in any season with multiple playgrounds, fire pits, and green spaces. Go exploring, biking, or hiking and take a dip in the 2 swimming pools. (not heated) The large community hot tub is open year round. There is a large sandy beach area for lounging and for the kids to build sand castles. Rent a paddle board or kayak near the beach and enjoy the food trucks that frequent the area around the community coffee house and wood-fired pizza shop!
Uncovered parking is in the back of the home. There is extra parking near The Meeting House coffee shop. Parking along the streets other than on Park St. is not permitted as Carlton Landing is a walkable community.
We suggest consolidating vehicles as much as you can. You may temporarily park your water crafts in the large area near The Meeting House or check with nearby marinas for slip rentals. *Golf carts are available to rent. (see Guidebook)
*NOTE: From May 2023 - September 2023 our check in time will be 3:30pm, and check out time will be 10:00am.
There are 5 ROKU TV’s in the home so you may sign in to streaming services with your personal account.
*CL is a growing community so you can expect to hear and see construction crews around the neighborhood.
Renting age: 25
*Violation of the smoking/vaping or pet policy will result in a $500 charge for each offense, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Violations may also result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of refund.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
- All house guests must be included on the reservation total (number of guests) when booked, including kids. Thank you for being honest about your guest total. If you will need to have additional guests over after your original booking, you will need to get permission from the host by messaging on Airbnb. We will adjust your reservation. *Small nightly per person fees over 7 people may apply.
- Please take dirty shoes off while inside to help keep our home clean for your stay and avoid damage to our floors, rugs and carpets. Carlton Landing has a lot of rocks, dirt and mud, so this helps us keep our floors from excess wear.
- Please do not light candles inside the property.
-No decorations allowed that need to be hung up with tape or tacks. Any damage found from this will require reimbursement.
- Please do not flush any wipes or feminine products down toilets or pour kitchen grease/oils down the kitchen sink.
- Please do not move furniture in the home. Please don’t take our porch furniture off of the patio.
- We are not responsible for injury or personal loss in any way and by agreeing to house rules, guests release hosts from any and all liability from loss or injury.
- We are not responsible for any belonging left in the home. Please double check the space before leaving. We are typically unable to ship items back to guests.
The Airbnb culture is to treat and leave every house the same way you would the home of a friend`s. Please treat our home well so that we can continue to allow others to enjoy our property. Thank you!
