The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, flatware, cooking basics, spices, a Keurig with K-cups, a toaster, and essential kitchen consumables like baggies, foil, plastic wrap, and Tupperware. A highchair (stored in the laundry room), BBQ tools, and plastic dishware for children are also provided.

Relax on the large deck with an outdoor dining set, a Webber gas grill, and a small grassy area—perfect for outdoor meals and gatherings.

Located across the street from a beautiful park, this home offers the perfect mix of urban amenities and small-town charm. The home is centrally located with easy access to public transit (less than two blocks away), I-5, and Highway 99. It is also close to major hospitals, including Swedish, UW, Northwest Hospital, and Seattle Children's.

Fees & Pricing
♦ Nightly rate includes 4 guests; extra guests are charged per person, per night and calculated at checkout (max 6 guests). An accurate guest count is required. Unauthorized guests will be charged $250 each per night.
♦ Stays beyond 15 nights require mid-stay cleans every two weeks. The cleaning fee for this listing is applicable for each mid-stay cleaning.
♦ Subject to a fee, we do our very best to fulfill early check-in and late check-out requests and accommodate based on our Housekeeping Team’s operational capacity.

♦ Long-term stays are welcome, but bookings must be made in 28-day segments.
♦ Please be sensitive around what goes down the toilet/drains, and only flush toilet paper.
♦ Please be mindful and do not rearrange furniture, and make sure to keep all electric heaters clear (minimum of three feet).
♦ This home is on a shared lot with another house. They're fully detached, but please don’t park in the driveway (free street parking is available).
♦ We know plans can change, so trip insurance is always recommended.

House Rules
AGE RESTRICTION
Guests must be at least 28 years old to make a reservation (we reserve the right to verify IDs during the stay). All guest profiles must be listed on the reservation except minors who will be with their parent/guardian during the stay. Guest should have a positive history. Only registered guests are permitted. If the person who made the booking is underage, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.

PARTIES/EVENTS
Parties, events, pets, illegal substances, and smoking are not allowed in or on the property. This Property is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and not suited for loud groups or parties. Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.

INDOOR
Please do not wear shoes in the home, and do not eat or drink in the bedroom/beds.
Please keep heaters clear of anything (minimum of three feet).

LONG TERM RESERVATION
Guests are welcome to book long-term stays, but reservations must be made in segments of 28 days at a time.

MIDSTAY CLEAN
Long stays (over 15 nights) require mid-stay cleans every 2weeks, and are billed to the Guest. Mid-stay clean is equivalent to the current cleaning fee.

ISSUES
Notify the host immediately of any issues/damage.
We reserve the right to inspect and service the Property during your stay, including, but not limited to landscaping services, etc.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hour is from 10PM to 8AM
Failure to follow the rules will incur a $500 charge for the 1st violation and termination of reservation for the 2nd violation.

PET RULES
Pets are not allowed.
Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the property
Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.

UNAUTHORIZED GUEST/S
Please follow the maximum capacity of the unit. the number of the guest in the listing page includes the visitor as maximum capacity of the listing.
Please inform us if you will have a visitor.
Unauthorized guest stay will incur to $250/head charge.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur fees. We’ll do our best to fulfill these requests based on our operational capacity.
Unauthorized late checkout will incur $200 charge.

The home is extremely well kept, and the neighborhood is very walkable. The house is right next to a small park and very near some amazing places to eat - gourmet pizza, incredible pastry shop, and vegan ice cream. The host is very responsive. Truly a five-star stay.
