The Enclave 407 is the perfect place for the luxurious vacation you’ve been dreaming of. You will feel right at home in our recently updated and beautifully decorated, spacious 3BR/3BA corner unit.

The Enclave 407 is a low density condominium in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. It is located directly across the street from Rouses Grocery and Walmart Neighborhood Market and within walking distance to Publix and multiple dining and shopping options. It is the ideal location to experience all that Orange Beach has to offer.

THE SPACE
Create unforgettable memories with your loved ones in our 1600 sq ft beachfront oasis.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: King size bed with en-suite bathroom and gulf front balcony access.
BEDROOM #2: Queen size bed with attached bath with stand alone shower.
BEDROOM #3: Two queen size beds with en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

KITCHEN offers stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to feel right at home if you choose to dine in.

FAMILY ROOM provides plenty of seating room to snuggle up on the couch after a long day in the sun.

DINING AREA features seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Wet bar with ice maker makes packing a cooler for the day a breeze.

BALCONY provides stunning, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The expansive, wrap around area and polywood furniture is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and a good book or an evening cocktail with the sunset. It is accessible from primary bedroom, living and dining rooms.

AMENITIES
Relax in the sun by the newly renovated beachfront zero entry pool or choose to unwind in the heated indoor pool. Lighted tennis courts and BBQ grills are also provided for our guests to enjoy.

Parking fees are included in your reservation; however, there is a maximum of 3 vehicles permitted onsite. Enclave 407 has one guaranteed parking spot in the covered garage, but all other parking is first come, first serve. Where do I start! Wow! Very clean, well stocked, great view, close to stores, and the weather was perfect. Most of my family came to help me celebrate my graduation (woohoo yay me!) and attended my graduation (my other neice and family were not able to come this time). We also celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and just being together. This was the perfect place for us. Getting in touch with the owner was easy and booking on line was an easy process. Overall, a great experience, wonderful time, and hopefully we can come back soon!

Best condo we have ever rented in OB and we have been coming for years! They have thought of all the little extras that other condo owners don’t provide. We will be back next year. Excellent communication with the owner!

Girls Trip 2025

We had a group of 7 moms in need of a little R&R and this condo was perfect! It’s beautifully decorated and in a great location! We were able to walk to Coastal from here and across to Walmart Market. The kitchen had everything we needed and the cold mugs in the fridge were an excellent touch! The ice machine was also very handy! The weather was a little rainy a couple days so the covered parking spot was very nice. The host is incredibly nice and very responsive. We will definitely be rebooking for future trips!

Everything you want in one location.

The condo is much better than the description in the listing. We had 6 of us stay. Each one had their own bathroom. Each bathroom had plenty of towels. Walmart, restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir shops and fuel within walking distances. We had a great time on the beach. Plus we didn't have to pay for umbrella or chairs (savings of 90 per day). Found plenty of shells. Every morning had breakfast on the balcony. Watched the dolphins swim and play. We went Jet Skiing, first time for me. We had one issue, contacted Christy and within 30 minutes they had someone in to take care of it. During the process they were great and responded immediately to any questions. Check in and out was a breeze. Will definitely stay there when we come back. We can't say enough about this condo and the host. I feel they are the best, you won't regret your stay, except wanting to stay longer.

Relaxation on the beach

Beautifully appointed condo in a perfect location in Orange Beach. The beach is steps away from the condo along with a beautiful pool area. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful place, great views and a great host!

The condo was great! Very nice, well decorated, immaculate and well stocked with all the essentials you’d need as if you were at home. From arriving to leaving, everything went flawlessly. Located in the heart of Orange beach within walking distance to just about anything you might need (supply-wise)and within just a few minutes driving to a multitude of great restaurants and shopping. Christy is super responsive and very helpful. Book it with no hesitation…you definitely won’t regret it!

Home from home…with a better view

You will not be disappointed in this condo! The amenities are endless, you won’t have to by household items to cook your favorite meal and save the leftovers for lunch the next day! You will get a lot of relaxation watching and listening to the ocean from the couch, dining room table or the balcony…you may even catch a couple of dolphins passing by! The beds were comfortable so you can get a good nights rest! The indoor pool was great for cloudy days for the little ones and a close by playground for them to run off some energy. Close enough to Walmart, ice cream parlors and restaurants that you can walk to them if you don’t want to get out in the traffic by car. Easiest check in/out that we have ever experienced with a VRBO stay. Thank you for the memories, we hope to stay again!

Fantastic Stay

We enjoyed our 7 week stay at this beautiful condo. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and decorated nicely. The view of the gulf from the balcony, LR and Master bedroom was amazing--even from the kitchen too! Beach access was quick and easy. There were chairs and an umbrella to use and for children there are sand toys, shovels, etc. There was even a small cooler to use to take to the beach for food/beverages. The beds were comfortable which was very important to us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need--even a crockpot! There was also an ice making machine so you always had fresh ice and plenty of it. Location is convenient--two grocery stores across the street. You have an assigned parking spot so you don't have to be concerned about that. We would highly recommend this condo.

this is the most up to date and cleanest condo we have found in orange beach. supplied with absolutely everything we needed. we loved the ice machine in the wet bar area soft towels and comfortable beds. most convient to everything . loved the covered parking spot. best and fastest communication from host. check in and out without ever having contact with a person was so easy and convient too

Beautiful, Well Equipped Property!

We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful condo. It had everything you could possibly need, with an updated, modern feel. Our family enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. The pool is perfect for littles with easy in and out access. We hope to rent this spot again in the future. The property owner was responsive and had everything set for us upon arrival. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend!

Perfect location

This place has everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was clean, cozy and the decorations were nice. The additional ice maker was an awesome feature for us. The dedicated covered parking spot is nice, but the space is small so getting in and out with a crew cab truck was tight. And it’s in a great location pretty much in the center of the restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

We could not have loved our stay anymore. It is beautifully decorated, had everything needed from kitchen utensils to items for the beach, and Christy was exceptional at communicating. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here to anyone!

The Enclave 407 is a multi-family owned condo between Mark and Sandra (father/mother) and Christy and Merritt (daughter/son-in-law). Mark and Sandra call Georgia home. They are proud parents and grandparents to two daughters and three grandchildren. Mark is a builder/general contractor, licensed real estate agent and city council member. He wears many hats, but of them all, his favorite title is "Pop". He loves Jesus, his family, college football and is an avid University of Georgia fan. Sandra is a retired school bus driver and is responsible for the beautiful decor you'll find in The Enclave 407. She is organized and has a keen eye for style and decor. They both enjoy traveling and love the Gulf Coast the most. Merritt and Christy currently call Kentucky home. They have two young daughters and enjoy traveling, boating, fitness, water sports, college football (Roll Dawgs!) and spending time with their family. Merritt is an Army aviator and also flies private airplanes in his spare time. Christy works part time at an elementary school and manages Enclave 407.
