Beautiful Corner Ground Floor Unit. A few feet from the beach. Gorgeous view. Open Feel. Pickle Ball, indoor and outdoor pools all on site. Surrounded on 2 sides with a great lawn right next to the dunes.

After some Hurricane Sally damage we decided to make it new again. New Floors, Lights, Paint, Counter Tops, Furniture and more!!!!!

Family vacation

The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. Being on the ground level made it an easy trip to the pool and walkway to the beach. Pool is excellent for little ones! The main parking lot can be challenging at times to get a parking spot but the owner allowed us to use their parking space in the garage area below the tennis court.

Perfect for so many reasons.

Greg was responsive and helpful. The place was clean. First floor mad for easy access for mom post hip surgery and still had a great view of ocean. Not a far walk from boardwalk to beach. Look forward to staying again in future!

Orange Beach 2025

Condo was great! Furnishings were updated and comfortable. Convenient to beach and pool. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Everyday our kids would find new toys in the take one leave one closet and enjoyed having different beach toys everyday and leaving the items they bought for other little boys and girls. Host was very accommodating and clear communication was provided. We had a great family trip!

Great Trip

Great trip with my mom and grandmother, who is elderly and uses a walker. Perfect location to go out back balcony straight to the pool with her. Great stay! Thanks, Mr & Mrs. Hill.

Great property!

We enjoy our stay at this beautiful condo again this year and have already booked for next year! Bedding is super comfy! Location to Orange beach shops and dining is easy to walk too! The property it’s self has been totally updated and being on the first floor we could come and go to the beach very easy! We love this unit and highly recommend It!

Updated Unit with Super Bathrooms!

This 1st floor unit was perfect with younger kids! The pool was super convenient and the beach was just a short walk to the white sand. We had plenty of space for our family of five and even a quick visit of grandparents who found the location easy for them to get around. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was so easy to communicate with, left a super nice gift, and even messaged us that the unit was ready early!

Amazing Vacation and Property

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect condo and location for our annual family vacation. The condo was absolutely beautiful as described. The convenience of a ground floor unit as well as the overall location was perfect!!! We have finally found a unit we would like to return too every year. Incredible stay!

We stayed during the week of fall break with our two girls, 9 and 4. Within the first 20 minutes of arriving, we were already saying that we needed to book for next year! The girls saw a pirate ship and DOLPHINS pretty much immediately after we set our bags down. The grassy area was great for playing and the location of the pool was beyond convenient. I was able to sit on the patio and watch my oldest swimming while my youngest napped and my husband got some work done at the bedroom desk! The walk to the beach was short and easy and we were out there quite a bit. The inside was wonderful as well! The furniture was super comfy and the beds and pillows were just heavenly! There is an amazing ice machine in the bar area as well which was insanely convenient for beach coolers! The area was fantastic, with lots of delicious food within a very short distance. Many places have huge open areas for kids, so going out with the whole family was actually really fun! We even found quite a bit of live music which made it that much more fun! We will absolutely be going back again and can't wait to stay at this beautiful condo next time!!

First and last time to use VRBO

MB tub jets did not work Kitchen cabinets had perishables from previous renters which meant we had limited space for 8 day stay. Refrigerator the same. Locks on bedrooms did not work Cookware was horrendous  (I asked specifically if cookware was available) considering 8 days and cooks..we were appalled at what we had to choose from and condition of the cookware. MB a/c vent DID NOT WORK..AND NO the VENT WASN'T CLOSED. STOVE..HAD TO BE UP 50• TO reach a medium cook temp Towels--WERE PATHIC. 6 TOWELS FOR 7 PEOPLE..OWNER responded with "we have been robbed so many times that we limit the number.. but we have a washer/dryer for your use"..who in the world would want to steal something that was as cheap as sand paper. MB bed should have been replaced years ago. This condo is in much need of updating at the $$ rate .Pictures don't reflect actuality. Maintenance person responded a day later and needs to make an attempt at being professional.

This is the first negative thing we have ever heard about any of these problems and will look into it immediately as no one has had any of the issues in the past. We strive to provide a great location and unit for people and have always kept people happy. The mattress which you complained about was new a year ago and you were the second guests to use the new linens. I was last there in October and did not experience any of the problems you did so will check out everything when I am there in a week. I assumed you were having a great time, after receiving this note from you on your 3rd day, ..... "We are loving our time here (just wish there were more bath towels). My grandson said he wants to live here forever..lol" I responded immediately that our cleaners typically put one towel set for each of the 9 bed spots and because of theft in the past we did limit it to 9 sets and reached out to our cleaners to correct any issues that day. We will check everything you mentioned and will make any corrections if necessary.

We had a fantastic time here. It was probably the most convenient location of anywhere we have stayed. The condo was amazing. Very clean and very much room! We will certainly be trying to come back in the future. Thank you Mr Greg! It was exceptional!

Absolutely wonderful !

This condo is so much more than the pictures even represent. It is a luxury condo, clean, and the beds are comfy. It’s the best place we have stayed at in the area. I highly recommend! We had so much space and everything we needed for an amazing week. The walk to the pool and beach was super easy and the view was great for a first floor condo. The owner, Greg, was very responsive and helpful the entire stay.

Great Property!

We had a wonderful trip to Orange Beach and enjoyed this updated unit very much! Everything so very enjoyable and we had plenty of space to relax in the unit. The location is perfect as it will be a very easy walk to the beach once the new pool in completed. We had 1 little situation but spoke with the manager immediately and he handled it with zero problems! The property manager was extremely helpful, excellent communication and very easy and accommodating to work with! We will absolutely come back to this unit again in the future!

Gorgeous condo - amazing views!!

This condo is wonderful - the updates, décor and view are simply gorgeous! Communication with owner was excellent. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and enjoyed every minute of our 4 day stay.
