Crystal Shores West 1308 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the west corner of the 13th floor. Enjoy panoramic views from every room!



Property Features:



• Access to the balcony from the living room and primary bedroom.



• Porcelain wood plank flooring in all bedrooms; 20" tile throughout the remainder of the unit.



• Fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, all-black appliances, and set-in black granite countertops. The dining table seats six, with three additional bar stools.



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.



• Living area features two leather recliners and a leather sofa with recliners on both ends.



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• Third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• Keyless entry for convenient check-in and check-out.



Policies:



• Parking for a maximum of two vehicles.



• No RVs or trailers allowed on-site.

Very beautiful and clean! The beds were very comfortable. The condo was very spacious. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! Very nice! Beach view was gorgeous. Loved sitting on the balcony and just enjoying the sounds of the waves and the view! The accessibility to the beach was so easy and so nice!

The unit was just as advertised and was fantastic for our family. The furniture and beds were great and the beach access is ideal. Really liked the outdoor deck furniture, very comfortable. No weaknesses! Highly recommended!

Amazing condo with spacious layout, great space, amazing view, and the best patio furniture

Enjoyed a great 9-day stay! Amazing views from every seat and every window. The patio is very spacious with great furniture whether you’re relaxing, dolphin-watching, or enjoying a meal outdoors. Well-stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook. (There was some dirty silverware, plates, and pans.) Beds were very comfortable with different size pillows available. (Bed sheets were a little stiff.) The living room furniture was nice; however, the mechanics of the recliners need a little attention. Wishes for our next stay: extra blankets, full-length mirror, luggage racks.

Beautiful condo! The beach is very clean and well-kept. The staff were always polite and were on the grounds doing daily maintenance. We will definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay! The comforter on the master bedroom had brown stains on it, the unit had no extra blankets or sheets in it, and the washer smelled very mildew. The over all stay was good.

The balcony was amazing. The waves were beautiful. We saw lots of pelicans, a pod of dolphins, and a big fish from this balcony! we spent most of our time on the beach and balcony!

Fall break

We took our family for our first trip during the fall to Gulf Shores and we had the best time! The condo was perfect, amazing views. Plenty of space, clean, great beach and pool! We had an amazing time and would stay there again for sure!

Can't wait to go back

This condo was perfect for us. We traveled with 3 adults and 2 children. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was nice and lots of room for all of us to sit. The appliances were top notch, and the view was absolutely beautiful. One day we watched the dolphins jumping in the ocean. The kids enjoyed the pools and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The security is great there, we felt safe the whole visit. Our only complaint was that almost every dish we used came out of the cabinet dirty.

We were there for a camp at UT. The location is great if you have anything on campus. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and updated. We've stayed here before and the host's are wonderful. Private gated assigned parking is nice! Will stay again in the future.

Beautiful home with a view

Condo was updated in every way from kitchen to baths, plus the porch had the best view of Gulf, lagoon and sunsets. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen and baths had all you need. The decor was beautifully done. All rooms were large and had great views. I will book another stay for fall.

We have a great time and were very comfy in this condo. Smooth stay without any problems. Condo was as described and was well equipped for our group of 4. Would stay here again!
