We provide single serve olive oil packets, single serve salt & peppers, coffee pods, reusable coffee filters, tea bags, sugar packets, tide pods, dishwashing pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. We store them in a cabinet in the garage/game room. Most management company run homes do not provide this.

Modern house with comfortable furniture and membership and pool/spa heat included. I am required to use a management company, Florida Vacation Homes, because it is a Reunion rule that you must use one of the 3 management companies to rent with the resort access. However, I am a very active owner. I am there every couple of weeks to deep clean, fix things, check remotes and fill propane tanks amongst other tasks. If you choose our house, please contact me with any questions. I reply almost instantly unless I am asleep at night. There is a pool and spa in the back yard with a large, shaded dining table. We have recently installed a raised seating area with cornhole and an Astroturf base. The pool now boasts a basketball net and two on the ledge pool chairs. The outdoor wet bar has a fridge and a sink. Unlike many homes in Reunion, we actually have 2 side yards and a play park in the back yard. Downstairs, there is 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and an en suite bathroom. The entire downstairs is tiled. The large great room has a well equipped kitchen, wet bar, and dining room. There is room to spread out on the 2 couches and a recliners while enjoying the 86 inch smart tv. Underneath this tv there is an electric fire place to take the chill off the couple of cold mornings in central Florida. If you don’t need the heat, this tv stand provides fantastic ambient light. You will also find a powder bath downstairs and the laundry room. Send the kids upstairs to the game room with 2 sofas, 65" smart tv, ps5, and several wall games. All bedrooms have 55" Roku smart tvs with the YouTube tv premier package making most channels available during your stay. Our HOA provides 6 cable boxes, but all tvs are signed into YouTube TV. Upstairs has LVP flooring and the remainder of the 5 bedrooms. There are 3 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The two twin bedrooms share 1 bathroom. One bedroom has 2 twin XL beds and the other has a trundle twin bed. The lower section can be rolled out of the room if you would like.

Please go to the roof top bar at eleven to watch the Disney fireworks.
If you are interested in playing golf, there are 3 fantastic, championship golf courses on property. 2 rooms have dedicated work spaces and we have fast WiFi internet on property to stay connected.

The entire property is available for your enjoyment. There are 2 locked owner closets upstairs.

Reunion Resort is surrounded by 3 golf courses and 8 pools available to resort members. There is a community play ground and park in the back yard as well as a dog park. It's fun to watch the dogs play in the park and sometimes go down the kid's slide.

There is a free, on demand resort shuttle to take you around the resort. There is also a shuttle to Disney that has to be booked and I believe they just enacted a charge for the shuttle.

We use a management company to prepare the house for your arrival because we live 3 hours away. This is also a requirement by Reunion Resort in order to rent the house with resort access. They will provide you with check in information, but we are always available through the app with quick responses.
