3 King Bed Suites (King Beds with luxury pillow-top mattressesd) each with attached bathrooms and hair dryers. 3 Suites have private access to the deck and patio, Flat-screen TV's in all bedrooms. Luxury linens and towels.

4th Bedroom with 2 Twin Bunk Beds (10 inch memory foam mattresses) one with a trundle- sleeps 5.... full bath across the hallway. Bunk beds are best for kids/teens (MAX weight capacity is 250# total per bunk set). Roll away available to go in any room and memory foam portable mattress.

Comfortable for 6 adults and 5 children/teens

Updated light and bright great room floor plan with hardwood floors, exposed beams, and floor to ceiling rock fireplace with 65" SMART TV, and cable. Modern granite kitchen (fully stocked) with eating bar island. Home sound system inside and on the back deck. High-Speed Wi-Fi (1000 Mbps). Charging Stations for phones in kitchen and bedrooms. Private Hot Tub, Gas BBQ, Foosball table, full-size Ping Pong table, 2 Corn Hole games, 6 adult Bikes, Double Bike Trailer, Kids tandem attachment for bike. Extra refrigerator in garage. 4 Camping type chairs in the garage. Portable Crib for infant sleeping, Infant Booster Seat for Eating. Regular coffee maker AND Keurig machine. Air Fryer, Instant Pot pressure cooker and rice cooker. Boot/glove drying system in the garage.

Large dining table seats 8, plus a portable table with 4 folding chairs, and 2 bar stools.

10 Unlimited SHARC (Pool) PASSES to use during length of stay!

Entertainers delight with a huge partially covered back deck overlooking the 14th green of the Woodlands golf course. OUTDOOR SEATING for 16 with two tables available. Lower level stone patio with grassy backyard.

House is very close to FORT ROCK PARK and just off Circle 4. A short walk or bike ride to the Sunriver Village & SHARC. SHARC Includes (Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Lazy River, Tubing Hill, Park, and Outdoor Amphitheater). Sunriver has over 32 miles of paved pathways for pedestrians and bicycle riders. Sunriver also offers three amazing parks (Fort Rock, Paulina, and Mary McCallum)

Our home does NOT allow dogs or pets of any kind and is NON-SMOKING inside and on the premises.

We purchased this home in May 2018. Our main priority is to have a clean, stocked, well-maintained home, and to exceed your expectations!

The house was Amazing! The beds were really comfortable, the house was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there were many great games for us to play as a family in addition to the Ping Pong table in the garage. Great location for our multi-generational family!

We loved our stay! It was a beautiful home that was stocked with anything we could possibly need. The host was so great at communicating with us and we will definitely come back!

The home is lovely, comfortable, and accommodated our group of six adults perfectly. Since all of us enjoy cooking, we found the kitchen well equipped and organized. This vacation was the first for all of us at this home in June as we usually are here in January. So nice to get outside and enjoy the deck and soft sounds of the water feature in the back yard. Our hosts are the most welcoming. We will return.

Clean and Cosy

We stayed here with extended family and the layout was perfect. Most of the bedrooms had their own bathroom, which is nice. The house was well stocked and cosy. We definately enjoyed our stay.

This is the ULTIMATE VRBO. It is very evident that these owners are experienced, considerate and determined to make sure you have everything you need and have available anything you might need. I have never been more comfortable in a VRBO ever. Whenever there was an issue they responded immediately, and with vigilant support. It is very obvious that anyone who has ever stayed there and made a request for something may they made sure to have it. I was looking for something to rent when we got there and they helped me try and locate it prior to arriving, something they surely didn't. need to do but they did. I have stayed at many VRBO's and could always find something that just wasn't perfect but not here, even the exterior of the property was perfectly taken care of with a very nice paint job, many VRBO's do not put much attention on the exterior especially the paint. Way to go thank you for a FABULOUS trip.

This is the best rental property we have rented anywhere and it is hosted by the most gracious, helpful host. The house is super welcoming and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The towels, cooking utensils and dishware are top quality and plentiful. In fact, this is the best stocked rental house ever, including little touches such as bandaids, batteries, etc. We were amazed at the thoughtfulness that went into prepping the property.Our favorite part of the house was the back patio overlooking one of the golf course greens through the pine trees. The small water feature below adds a soothing sound. We wanted to spend hours just relaxing on the patio. The backyard, despite backing up to the golf course, still includes plenty of space for little kids to play on grass and use the many toys/games that are provided. We also used the bikes a lot; very good condition.Overall, we loved every moment of our stay and can't say enough positive things about this house.

Superb house on the golf course

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this bright, updated home. The owner thought of everything and made staying here a dream. We have probably stayed in 10 different Sunriver homes over the years and this one gets top marks!

Great Place!

Fantastic house! Very clean, great location, great living space inside and out! Views of the golf course are amazing! House is maintained very well! Owner was also great to deal with! I would definitely stay there again!

Great stay!

We had a 3 families with kids ranging from 3 - 8. Property is perfect with lots of places to congregate or find a relaxing moment on one of outside areas and has everything you need. Property owner was incredible with communication from booking to checking in to checking out. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Great for gathering, well stocked

Lovely home with a nice layout for gathering with friends and family. Central location made it easy to bike to the park, village, nature center, etc. It had of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever seen in a rental. We did a lot of cooking and it was nice to have mixing bowls of every size, plenty of leftover containers, large and small platters…even a basting brush for the grill—amazing.

Our stay was amazing! The 3 master bedrooms and bunk room were perfect for our 3 families. The house had everything you need including games, activities and a hot tub. The host thought of everything. The property is well maintained and right on the golf course.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful family spring break here! The house is lovely, comfortable, clean and set up to accommodate multiple families with the 3 masters! Everything was so well organized! Communication with Maria was great from the start! Very accommodating and helpful especially when we asked to extend an extra day! I highly recommend the property and we will definitely be back!

Above and beyond spectacular!!!

Every detail was perfection. The location,the scenery, the home,the amenities….absolutely beautiful home and property. The homeowners are most delightful! The mountain is super close, so a lot of the younger people, snowboarding, and skied… Feeling blessed what a great experience.
