Eagle's Nest is a brand new, creek front, Treehouse/Sky Cabin built in 2023. The property is flat, so four wheel drive isn’t needed. The Treehouse is adorned with barn wood rolling doors and other beautiful amenities. It stands 35-40 feet high to the peak and is nestled in the towering tree tops, overlooking beautiful Wayah Creek. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin rental beside the treehouse if you're traveling with family or friends. Please inquire if interested.

The house is gorgeous and everything was so nice, new and clean. You could tell it was a very new property. Very quick responses from the owners. Loved it and will definitely go back. It was a tad smaller than we expected based on the pictures but perfect for a couple!

We loved our stay in this super unique and cozy property. The hot tub was clean and user friendly. Listening to the creek on the upper deck felt like magic. Close to AT and other good hikes. Franklin was super cute and worth exploring, as well. Will definitely be back!

Eagles Nest exceeded all our expectations—truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the area. The drive in was scenic, and the flat, well-maintained driveway made access easy. The grounds were immaculate—lush, manicured grass and tasteful landscaping created a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. All in all, Eagles Nest is one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever experienced. The care and thoughtfulness put into every aspect of the home really made it special. We can’t wait to return!

Quiet get away

We had a great stay here, we loved the hot tub and how cozy the treehouse was. It was very private which is what we look for when we book a place. Definitely plan to use this rental next time we are back.

Anniversary Getaway

The Treehouse was the perfect location for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd Wedding Anniversary this past weekend! The Treehouse was as described and exceeded our expectations! Brian and Regina were great host also! There was a storm coming and they checked on us throughout our stay! Great experience and we will definitely be returning!

Cozy Treehouse

This place is awesome! Plenty of hikes to enjoy in the area and then can come back and relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit! Perfect little place for a couple's getaway. Plus, the grill was well cleaned!

Loved Our Stay!

Great location that’s only a short drive to local attractions. Easy to find, easy to access. Charming property that’s very well finished and appointed. We spent the weekend to look for a lot to build a retirement cabin and I’d love our place to be finished this well. Great screened in porch off the bedroom with creek sounds all night long. Fantastic spot for two to kick back and relax!

My husband and I traveled to town to celebrate a birthday filled with slow days, fishing, campfires, and a hot tub. We were in luck with this rental. The cabin itself was extremely clean, smelled fresh, and was bright and thoughtfully built and appointed. Everything was provided down to throw blankets and propane for the gas grill. The property is everything we could have dreamed of! The rushing creek was a nice place to cool off and explore and the big grassy field was a prime zoomie spot for our pup. While the cabin isn’t isolated, there is plenty of privacy and we never felt bothered. The driveway was easy to navigate and level so it didn’t require 4 wheel drive. Lake Nantahala is a short scenic drive away and all shopping and restaurants are within a short distance. We will absolutely be booking another stay in the very near future. The cabin truly felt like our own and could not have been more pleased. Thank you so much for our stay!

Weekend Getaway

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location. Close to venue and town. Everything was perfect for the 2 of us. Enjoyed the river, hot tub, outdoor spaces with great furniture! Pure Serenity

The home is absolutely stunning and the attention to detail is unmatched. The property as well is beautiful and well lit. We enjoyed evenings listening to the rushing creek from the multiple porches. Home is close to Franklin and a quick drive to surrounding towns.

just what i hoped to surprise my husband with - he thanked me over and over!

what a wonderful time we spent away! this place was SO beautiful. i couldn't stop talking about the woods used inside. amazing craftmanship. there were so many places to go in this "3"-floor treehouse, so it was fun to find a new place to have a meal or to sit and read. we cooked all our meals there, so we were thankful for a full kitchen. the firepit, hot-tub, and creek front were a must for us. the sounds and the fishing... ah... the husband/wife shower was awesome. cozy. fun. unique. special. EXCELLENT communication with the owner before, during, and after our stay. thank you again, G!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The Cabin and Property really are Beautiful. The Cabin is Crafted by the Owner, and pure quality. We sat on the screened in Deck and listened to the creek that fronts the property which is so peaceful. There is a beautiful mountain view from the Juliette balcony. Everything is just perfect. Brian and Regina are so gracious and quick to respond to any questions we had. We have already booked another stay, that is how much we loved it!

Not secluded at all

Hey, just a quick summary of my stay you know it look like there was seclusion at this cabin and you were actually right next-door neighbor across from your neighbor and it’s just not private at all wrong with that the biggest problem I would say is that you had to walk down the stairs to go to the bathroom and if you’re in your main 50s that’s no fun in the middle of the night so that’s why I waited this place about to say without a bathroom. Upstairs place was excellent but that was a big issue.

Treehouse Cabin is wonderful!

Great place!! New cabin on wonderful rushing creek, luxuriously appointed and good location. Far enough out but easy to get to town. Owners very nice and accommodating. We'll be back for sure.

Amazing weekend for a husband and wife R&R Retreat.

Full story is my wife and I have been working very hard and we’re in much need of a chill relaxed weekend to just slow down and catch up together! Mission accomplished. Easy drive from Atlanta to the tree house was a great way to start. You will find the nicest and most accommodating host while at your stay. Everything was spotless and comfortable with really awesome interior and exterior design that settles into the mountain vibe perfectly. We will also note that the kitchen had a lot of thought to it. The Keurig coffee maker makes pots and also single cups. The grill had a complete set of new utensil’s. We brought our own towels but they were already provided. During our stay we drove over Wayah bald past the lake and along the Nantahala river to Bryson City. Also drove through Franklyn where there are some delicious taco food trucks, a must. We will be back soon and for some fly fishing on the Nantahala. Hope everyone enjoys their stay here and please leave us some dates.

Absolutely Outstanding Home Away from Home!

While the listing and photos portray this property accurately, it's not until you arrive that you can truly appreciate the quality of this home. It is truly outstanding in every way. As my partner wrote me when he arrived before me: "I'm extremely impressed. It is Outstanding! This is the perfect place. I would be completely happy living here for the rest of my life. It's really Stunning! Super Stunning!" While it is a bit small, it doesn't really feel that small (except maybe for the ability to "lounge" while watching TV with only a loveseat and an oversized chair). The soaring ceilings even feel spacious from the 2nd floor bedroom. The fireplace is very cool, and the way it and the TV are mounted in the rock wall are just one example of the quality of the construction (we're stealing that idea for our own home!). The hot tub was wonderful, as was the rushing creek just outside the treehouse. But you could not hear the rushing water (nor any construction noise from an additional building being built on property) from inside - the windows & doors are very sound proofed. The build quality and attention to detail are only surpassed by the graciousness of the hosts! Any question or issue that arose was answered quickly and beyond our expectations. Brian and Regina were as awesome as their property! I could not recommend this place any more highly! 5 PLUS stars!!!
