This fully remodeled duplex has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and all the necessities for a comfortable stay! Great for family reunions or extra large groups.



The Space:

Welcome to our beautiful and private retreat located on a dead end street in Springdale, Arkansas. Enjoy 2 separate houses for up to 20 guests. In the 6 bedrooms you will find 2 king beds in the master bedrooms, each has its own bathroom, queen size beds in two bedrooms, a set of bunk beds in another 2 more rooms, and a full-size sofa bed in each living room.



The master bedrooms have an attached bathroom with dual vanity and sinks. The outdoor spaces have a hot tub in one side and a sectional sofa with a fire pit that is cozy and perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage on the other side.



As you enter this inviting home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or gather around the dining table for a memorable family meal.



With 6 comfortable bedrooms, and 10 beds, we allow up to 20 guests, but please note the bedding arrangements. (After 14 guests there is and additional $25/person per night fee). Each bedroom features plush beds, soft linens, and plenty of storage space, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathrooms are well-appointed and stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.

Smoking - No smoking allowed.



Pets - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



Extra Guests - this listing is for 14 guests. Six extra guests up to 20 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. The house has 10 beds (including 2 sofa beds) for 20 people. No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house.



Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book



Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in



Security - Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces



Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
