🌾Seagrass Bungalow is a sun filled, romantic, peaceful, back to nature, mini-home, that is exactly where you are meant to be! Private & surrounded by seagrass blowing in the breeze & cheerful birds waking you with the sunrise. Seagrass Bungalow is the perfect getaway for two & their small pup. Do yoga on the private deck, shower outdoors in the sunlight, grill local corn, have a cocktail by the firepit, or get out & walk to the cutest town green, shops, restaurants, & beach! ☀️
The space
🌾Seagrass Bungalow is a very cool…Modern, beachy, boho flare, that just feels awesome to be in. Super cozy inside & back-to-nature outside. Great spot to unplug, sunbathe, listen to birds, bathe in the outdoor hot/cold shower, meditate on the deck, toast with cocktails, grill, stargaze while lounging at the fire pit. Time for a little more excitement?!Stroll with your pup for a short walk to idyllic downtown Guilford. Lots of really good restaurants from breakfast crepes & scones to farm-to-table dinners at night. Catch local bands & weekend entertainment on the town green. Get a little more exercise and take a run down to our local Jacobs Beach & watch the sunset.☀️

🌾Seagrass Bungalow is a brand new, private mini-home. It shares a beachy, marsh-front property with the owners charming cottage. Guest entrance is separate & Seagrass Bungalow is situated with plant-filled fencing for the utmost privacy. Seagrass Bungalow guest area includes the entire bungalow inside, the outdoor deck, & stone patio areas within the private fencing. Larger grass yard & cottage outside of fencing is owners’ space with their small dog. Seagrass Bungalow has one designated parking space but others can be available easily.☀️

We love dogs at Seagrass Bungalow🌾🐶. We have our own small dog on the property. Arlo!! He runs a little free but is very shy and sticks close to us. He loves other dogs but does not have access to your fenced in area! Please keep your cute doggie on a leash when leaving Bungalow🌾.

Our stay was wonderful! The house had all the amenities we could possibly need . everything was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The host was very communicative and so kind, making check-in and our entire stay easy and stress-free. The area was peaceful and relaxing, yet still walkable and convenient. We loved how quiet it felt while still being close to things to do. Would absolutely stay here again!

The only word to describe my stay is magical. From start to finish, over three nights, I fell more and more in love with it. Stacey is the perfect host, with a brilliant eye for decor, in terms of style and comfort. It’s a spectacular little place and in good weather it’s twice the size because of the idyllic outdoors area. Guilford is beautiful and everything was so convenient. I fell in love with this place and I will be back.

Such a cute place! We loved staying here - you can tell a lot of care and love went into it and everything we needed was there. My husband and I were visiting family in town and really only used the space to sleep and shower. We didn’t cook or watch tv etc. Will be keeping this place on our list to share with others and plan to stay again in the future!

Fantastic from start to finish! If you want a cool little hideaway with plenty of privacy, this cute little bungalow is for you. Perfect spot for a single or a couple with a small dog, very secluded on a dead end street, but also walkable to town. Had a very relaxing few days and I got to visit my niece and family which they loved seeing the tiny house and the many little features outside. Very fun, and also the raised garden beds were a delight! Thanks Stacey for being a wonderful host!!

Best stay ever!

Welcoming is the word! Stacey is the nicest, most responsive host; so happy I met her on arrival yet she gives you your privacy. Serene, quiet, clean, comfy, well decorated and uncluttered, charming, very private, very well thought out and convenient inside and out. From the little fresh bouquets Stacey left for me to the myriad 'just in case' items (little butters, creamers. syrups, sugars, condiments, yogurts, oat milk and much more), the hanger system with shelving to keep things organized...just everything operated well and was well set-up and well stocked. Great indoor and outdoor shower. Enjoyed the bunnies, the birds, the seagrass view and sounds....an oasis. Great quiet AC in the heat wave. Stacey has thought of everything and is so accommodating to make your stay lovely. Will be returning for sure! The area is great for many things as well - glad I brought the bike.The last guest mistakenly hit the wrong end of the review stars despite a glowing review. The rating has not been corrected despite that reviewer's multiple efforts (and the owner's) to have VRBO correct this. The rating dropped from ten to 8.8 the night after I booked. I inquired why the rating changed. A simple but harmful error. The other rental site shows 85 reviews, all 10/10

Beautifully private and thoughtfully laid out. Stacey is a wonderful host. It's a nice get-away yet within walking distance to all the CT shore provides - good food, good books, biking and beach days.

Perfect Bungalow

This quaint bungalow, within walking distance of the Guilford Village and Green, was the perfect place for my husband and me. It's beautifully furnished and has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect place to cozy up and read a book or walk into town for a meal. The deck is nestled into the cattails and was a great respite from our Summer travels. Stacey was a great host and provided an extensive list of local eateries, most within a 5 minute walk from the tiny house.

Cutest tiny house for two - Perfect

The tiny house is beautifully appointed and perfectly located walking distance to Guildford shops restaurants etc. My daughter and I travelled from Canada for a family wedding. The accommodations were perfect for us. Stacey the host was super friendly, welcoming and a wealth of information about the area. We would definitely return!

Wonderful Tiny House

Amazing tiny house including a fabulous outdoor area. The house has ample room for a couple. Very private setting and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and short drive to the beach. Stacey is a great host. She is very friendly and thoughtful. Truly a special place. We look forward to our next stay.

Downtown Guilford is adorable. I was lucky enough to grow up here and feel such a beautiful connection to this town. We are three blocks from downtown, an easy walk for our guests and their beautiful pups. When at the Bungalow 🌾, you’re surrounded by Seagrass🌾 so you are reminded that we are not far from the water. However, walk a few minutes and you get to enjoy all the quaint shops and restaurants of downtown Guilford. The energy is awesome here.
