Tour the area and discover local attractions like Bethany Beach Boardwalk, many restaurants and shops, Salted Vines Vineyard & Winery, Fenwick Island State Park, and Old Pro Golf, all within a 10-mile radius. After a day of adventuring, lounge in the sparkling pool on-site for some much-needed you-time or challenge your loved one on the basketball court. A boat ramp/kayak launch is available for access to the Indian River Bay.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming (guests must use their own credentials to log in) a movie marathon on the large TV, or sipping coffee in the sunroom with a good book. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the open-concept kitchen with ample cupboard room. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's activities. Dine alfresco on the patio with a grill for barbecue and watch as the stars come out for the ultimate vacation experience.

Things to Know
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
