Dolphin's Cottage is Professionally Managed by Newman Dailey.

FREE Beach Chair Service of 2 Chairs and 1 Umbrella Each Day on the Beach in Season from March-October

Dolphins are whimsical and playful, and that's just how you’ll feel in this fantastic beach cottage. Ideal for two families this warm and contemporary designer-furnished home has space divided equally among all the bedrooms, a kid’s room with two sets of bunk beds, and a large, open living/kitchen/dining area with eat-up bar. You’ll have as much fun as Flipper in your private pool, complimented by a large furnished patio, outdoor shower, and convenient bath just inside the back door.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

There are several pool towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the drive way or on the street. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee per day upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.

Spring break

This house was perfect for our 2 families! We had a couple issues, but the property manager took care of them immediately and made sure we were more than satisfied! We were only a block from the beach…absolutely perfect location! Easy check in and out. We will be back!

The house was perfect for us. Loved the heated pool and back patio. Walk to beach was great. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect stay for a Girls Trip

Our group of 9 adult women fit perfectly and all raved about this home. Standards with this group were high but we encountered very few negatives. The home was extremely clean and cool (no issues with ac in fans in every room except bunk bed room). Only issue we ran into is that there was not a bath towel for each guest - we were provided 7 and had 9 guests so some of us had to use beach towels. We also cut it close with the toilet paper provided 2/3 bathrooms ran out of tp on the last day and could have used one additional trash bag. Additional things to be aware of no laundry soap was provided at least that we saw so need to bring sheets or pods to do laundry, did not locate any beach items in the house (i.e. beach chairs, coolers, wagon, beach toys) to be fair we did NOT contact to host to see if there were stores somewhere odd or outside but did not locate in the house in an obvious location. Location was also prime, quick drive to everything we wanted to do and near the beach. Pool seems small in photos but we had all 9 of us in there comfortably with floaties. Beware neighbors on both sides were late night parties we could hear their music and yelling till pretty late in the night even from inside the house but none of this bothered us. I believe at least one of these is also a rental so probably just had temporary loud neighbors. Over all 9.8/10 - exceeded expectations, only negative that actually disrupted our trip was running out of tp on our last day.

Perfect location cozy cottage home

Thanks for opening your house for others to enjoy. Its perfect for families with kids/teens. Location offers quick walk to the beach. Would definitely come back.

Thankful but not satisfied

First off I would like to say I appreciate you all letting us enjoy your vacation home beautiful layout. On the flip side the ants were terrible my 3yr old & 10 yr old got bit up. They were all around kitchen floor & cabinets & walls and around sink area. The pool wasn’t heated I didn’t know until after I booked, that it was an extra fee for pool heating. And the washing machine smelled bad like wet dog & mildew. I didn’t appreciate our brand new clothes smelling as such. The bedroom by the back door sheets were stained. The neighbors were friendly but up until 5 am every night and morning with loud music and screaming and drunk. Which it was spring break so I understand but it clearly stated no loud noise after 10:00 pm. Thanks over all we enjoyed the beach

Damaged Clothes

Everything was great except that the dryer tore apart several pieces of our clothing. The only reason I have issues with this is because you could clearly see (after the fact of course) that someone had put some sort of tape over the broken piece that was inside the dryer. So, this has been broke for some time, and instead of replacing the part or dryer itself, the thought process was to just tape it (?). Replacing about $400 of clothing was not expected. I could have repaired the dryer myself for less than that I’m sure.

Great House!

Overall our experience was wonderful! It was great size for our group of 5. The management was extremely helpful & attentive. The only hiccup we had was in finding our beach chairs because there were numerous vendors. The instructions for that were not very specific.

Best vacation house ever!!!

I can’t say enough nice things about this great house! At one point we had up to 10 people staying there, and we never once felt cramped or crowded. The kids had an amazing time in the bunk room, the kitchen was genuinely a wonderful cooking kitchen, and the heated pool was clutch in saving a slightly chillier weather week. I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation properties, but this was far and away my favorite! A quick walk to the beach, or the cafe around the corner was the perfect addition to an already fabulous stay. We also had to call maintenance to fix a very small issue, and they were out and had it fixed within the hour. Our family had the best time here, and we will definitely be back soon!

Perfect escape

This adorable house had everything we could’ve wanted, it was spacious, had a good size pool, grill, a short walk to the beach and a short walk to Camille’s crystal beach cafe which was amazing. It is also a short walk to millers tavern and ruby slipper cafe as well as the destin commons.

The house was updated and clean. The property owners were quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed the location. The house was a couple block walk to the beach and the free umbrella and chair service was an added bonus! The kids loved the heated pool! We would definitely stay at this house again.

Amazing summer vacation

We loved staying here! It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. A short walk to the beach. The private pool was the best. We have small children and it made our whole trip 10000x more enjoyable having a fenced in back yard with the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Home away from Home!

This was an awesome home, it was beautiful, clean, a 5-minute walk from the beach, it provided adequate privacy, safe neighborhood and the location was in the middle of everything you would need (grocery store, restaurants, shopping and entertainment). My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you 😌

House great but beach not

The house was great and pool was wonderful with the kids but the location to the beach was not good. It was not "right across the street" and the tiny piece of public beach once you get there was completely ridiculous. Location as far as grocery and dining is great though.
