This is a private, 1,400 sq ft walk-out apartment on the Ashtabula River. Owners live upstairs - you may sometimes hear us or our 3 small friendly dogs.
Sleeps: 8 comfortably (up to 12 if sharing beds) - 7 beds

Location: Minutes to Smolen-Gulf Covered Bridge, Geneva-on-the-Lake, wineries, Lake Erie beaches.
Safety: Watch small children near ropes - steep drop offs. Do not cross ropes or rails. Generator and snow plowing included. Bed tax added at checkout.
