With the Pacific Ocean peeking up above the treetops, this newly updated Sea Ranch home is a place for rest and relaxation in a spectacular coastal setting. Enjoy an incredible deck that wraps around the house, where you can soak in the hot tub, gather by the gas firepit, and watch for whale spouts on the horizon.
This multi-level home sits just up the hill from Shoreline Highway, with a Telsa charger in the garage for easy exploration. Moonraker - the closest of Sea Ranch's three rec centers with an outdoor pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and saunas - is just over a mile south. You'll also be one mile from Pebble Beach, Black Point Beach, and the renowned oceanfront Bluff Trail. The Sea Ranch Lodge (two miles), Stewarts Point (four miles), and small-town Gualala (eight miles) are within an easy, scenic drive as well.
This is a wondrous place to wake up each morning, with the ocean breeze wafting in through the windows. All three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and smart TVs, with the main-floor primary suite offering its own dedicated yoga space (with mats, a balance ball, and weights) that opens to the deck. Upstairs, find a second spacious suite with its own balcony and a third with a desk work area, where you can log onto the high-speed WiFi and take calls if need be.
The rest of the house is beautifully appointed, with views of the ocean and evergreens at every turn. Some of the special features include an open kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances (including a gas range, a French-door fridge, and a wine cooler), a window-lined breakfast room, and a separate dining space. After an evening spent barbecuing on the patio, retreat to the sunken living room to play board games in the cozy warmth of the gas fireplace.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
