Welcome to our stylish Lynnwood retreat! Our home is in a prime location - close enough to Seattle for easy access to all the city has to offer, but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Relax in our spacious living areas and enjoy the convenience of a large kitchen perfect for family meals. With 4 bedrooms, our home comfortably accommodates groups. Get competitive with a basketball game on our outdoor hoop, or unwind by the fire pit in our large backyard.

- Large Fully fenced yard

You will have access to the entire house except for the garage.

We give our guests their space and privacy but we are available if needed.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
- No shoes inside the house please

- No parties, events, or large gatherings

- No unauthorized guest: Guests who are not listed on the reservation are
considered unauthorized guests and will be charged $150 per night.

- Complaints from neighbors for any disturbance or noise will lead to removal of guests from the property without a refund.

- No smoking: If evidence of smoking is found in the house or anywhere in the premises of the house, guest will be fined $400 for breaking our no smoking policy.

- Breaking the house rules or any damage to the property or furnishings may cost you the deposit and we may enter the house (including police or legal action) for necessary corrective/preventive actions.

- The owners/managers reserve the right to enter the premises to make repairs/maintenance or in case of an emergency.

- No pets on beds or furniture: If there is excess hair and or damage caused by you pet, you will be responsible for paying for extra cleaning or damaged items.

Check-In & Verification:
For your security and convenience, guest verification and check-in details are managed through Enso Connect, our trusted digital check-in platform. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive an email or text with a secure Enso link to complete a quick ID verification and guest portal setup.

Through Enso, you’ll be able to:
