Welcome to the Sea-Clusion, 5 Guscio Way, your luxury escape to the beach. Your escape starts with our exclusive concierge service. Beth, our on – site manager will reach out to you two weeks prior to your arrival to help you make your stay truly special. She will help you book your favorite restaurant or make a recommendation for you, arrange for a massage or manicure, set up your bike rentals, recommend in-home chefs and arrange for that family photo at the beach.

From the moment you walk in to our home you will feel the first class quality and comfort. We built and furnished it to offer everything that you will need to experience the vacation you will always remember. Four floors of luxury are served by the elevator.

Ten foot ceilings and full ocean view windows on the first floor offer an un-obstructed view of the ocean. The great room includes a large sectional and seating around the Smart HDTV and fireplace. High speed internet supports your Roku or other streaming device. Connect your phone to the sound system which includes poolside speakers that you control.

The first floor gourmet kitchen includes two JennAir ovens, two Bosch dishwashers, built in beverage cooler, two sinks with disposals and stand alone ice maker so you’ll never run out. Seating is ample around the bar area and the dining room table seats ten. Ocean views are included!

The owner's suite on the first floor includes a king bed and gorgeous master bath. A whirlpool tub and separate stone shower are included along with a large double sink vanity area and walk in closet.

On the first floor you will find a second bedroom with a queen and a full bath. Also, on the first floor is the primary of two laundry rooms. But the best part is the door to the large deck that faces the pool and ocean.

The second floor includes four bedrooms. Enter the primary owner’s suite through the double doors and a floor to ceiling wall of glass brings the ocean into the suite. Or walk out to your balcony for a closer view of the sunrise. Tommy Bahama king bed and furnishings, a walk in stone shower with rain head, whirlpool tub, large walk in closet, bidet….it has it all.

A second ocean front bedroom offers a wall of windows and again, a Tommy Bahama king bedroom suite. A large ocean front balcony is also part of the deal!

The third bedroom on this floor offers two queens with private bath and of course beautiful furniture and decorating. And, the fun room for the kids is a double bunk-room with two doubles on the bottom and twins on the top. It has a large bathroom with shower and it sleeps six kids with room to spare.

Welcome to the third level. It’s like another home within the home. Another large living area awaits you with fireplace, smart HDTV and fifteen foot ceilings. A second full kitchen is here. Many of our guests use the second full size refrigerator as overflow for the first floor unit. Step out onto the balcony for the best views from the home. The second laundry facility is found on this floor.

The third floor also includes a beautiful king bedroom and private bath. The floor is completed with a separate full bath that supports the sleeper sofa in the living area to create the 8th bedroom and bath.

When we built the Sea-Clusion we made sure that the outdoor amenities included a large oceanfront pool (28'x13'), much larger than most of the Hilton Head homes. It can be heated for an additional charge. Outside you will also find a hot tub with heat included in your rental, sun deck, outdoor gas grill, two outdoor dining tables, plenty of deck furniture for entertaining and relaxing around the pool, and a location that is direct beach front and as close as you can get to the ocean in Hilton Head.

We are a short bike ride to shopping and entertainment in the Cologny Plaza area.
