Canyon Grove is a luxury boutique vacation rental experience designed by Meet West Studio. The property features custom and vintage furniture and art, custom upholstery, a marble bathtub and custom handmade tile throughout.



When you first arrive, head up the stairs to enter into our open concept living, kitchen and dining area. Immediately, you'll notice our gorgeous wood-slatted vault ceilings and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Beaver Lake.



Directly in front of the entryway, you'll see our kitchen, which is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or the perfect cup of coffee during your stay. In the center of the space, you'll see our soapstone countertop island, complete with four barstools. In this same area, you'll have access to our round, four-top dining area with custom, built-in seating.



Past the kitchen, step into our ultra-cozy living room, where you'll find a couch, two lounge chairs, a 50-inch Samsung Smart TV and a natural stone-faced wood-burning fireplace. In this space, you'll have tons of natural light streaming through our large floor-to-ceiling windows.



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose one of our 3 bedrooms:

(1) The primary bedroom features a King-size bed, dresser, closet, en suite bathroom and door leading to the back patio.

(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, nearby bathroom and door leading to the back patio. Head up the spiral staircase to...

(3) Our third bedroom which is a loft-style room with 4 built-in Twin beds, two couches, a seating area overlooking the living room and a nearby bathroom.



Outside, enjoy the home's best amenity - our two outdoor living spaces. On the front deck, we have a cozy seating area with a couch and two lounge chairs. Nearby, you'll also have access to two more chairs overlooking the front yard. On the back deck, you'll find our BBQ grill, a six-top dining table, a couch and two Adirondack chairs. From here, you'll also have access to a walkway leading to our backyard fire pit.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

If you're looking to explore Beaver Lake or take advantage of our complimentary kayaks, head just 2.3 miles to the gorgeous Lost Bridge Marina! Guests can enjoy the Lost Bridge Facilities such as the recreation center, swimming pool, tennis court and library with a small daily fee. Walmart is approximately a 25‑minute drive but offers home delivery service or pickup.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly.

★ The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.

★ Two kayaks are available for use; a rack or trailer is required for transport.

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.

★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
