This house comes with a maximum of 16 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

-Bedroom 3 with king bed + en suite bathroom with large glass shower
-Bedroom 4 with king bed + en suite bathroom and large glass shower
-Bedroom 5 with king bed + en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo
-Separate living area
-Laundry room
THIRD FLOOR:
-Bedroom 6 with two sets of two beds (full next to full and twin next to twin) and another full bed + en suite bathroom with double vanities and large glass shower (sleeps 8)

CARRIAGE HOUSE
-Bedroom 7 with king bed + en suite bathroom with glass shower, private porch access overlooking pool
-Separate private sitting room
There is also a pack n' play provided at no additional charge.
Guest access
The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community, the closest of which is the wonderful (and quiet) Frog Pond Pool and park!
The Beach Club is just across the bridge (3 minute bike ride), making this home a dream to not have to worry about parking since it is an easy walk or even quicker bike ride! Camp WaterColor is about a 3-minute LSV/golf cart ride. The highly exclusive and stunning Lake District location of this home cannot be beat! These are large estate-style homes with a quiet, neighborhood feel - great for kids to play and ride bikes tucked away from busy roads with no through traffic!
The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
-Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, pool, bikes, hot tub, or other amenities provided to guests.
