Waves features a private pool with a convenient sitting spa, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun. The expansive game room on the third floor guarantees endless entertainment with its air hockey table, foosball table, vintage arcade game, and two game-ready 44" TVs. Snuggle up on the comfortable wrap-around sofas, mix drinks at the wet bar, and savor snacks at the two large dining tables. For a breath of fresh air, step onto the spacious balcony and revel in the picturesque views of Seagrove Beach.
The first floor of Waves boasts a guest bedroom furnished with a king bed, complete with a private bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas offer a seamless flow and overlook the inviting pool. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with premium appliances, including 2 Fisher & Paykel refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and a 5-burner gas cooktop. Take a short 2-3 minute stroll across 30A, and you'll find yourself at one of the best beach access locations along Hwy 30A. The Santa Clara beach access has ample parking for cars, golf carts, and bikes, as well as clean restrooms and a lifeguard stand.
