Junewood Estates on Rivermont Drive with private community access to the Shenandoah river. The river access is just a 5 min drive from the property, offering a spectacular valley view.
Parking Spaces: 4 cars ONLY. No public parking available
River Access: Take a right on to sunset village road all the way down to the river. On snow days, it can be difficult to drive down to the river. At all other times access is not difficult and the incredible views you get while driving down won't disappoint!
PETS: Pets are allowed at our property for a nominal pet fee. Please add your furry companions to the guest list when booking. Please check with host when bringing multiple pets or breeds larger than 50lbs.
SECURITY CAMERA: We have security cameras that record the front door, front yard looking out on the road and the driveway. This allows us to facilitate remote check in and monitor the property between guests.
BUGS: This is a house close to the river, with a pond close to the backyard--that means there are a number of bugs, especially in the summertime. Even if you are careful some of those bugs will find their way into the house. The best way to minimize the number of bugs inside is to keep doors and windows closed after dusk. An electric Fly Trap is provided for indoor use.
