RESERVATIONS NOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR FEEDBACK:

We cannot take reservations from renters with zero, little or poor feedback. New renters are going to need at least three positive feedbacks on their account before being approved to rent this property. Reservations not accepted by persons under 25 years of age. This is not a party house.


NO PETS OR SUPPORT ANIMALS

We need the home to be completely animal free, which includes all pets and support animals. This is due to the documented extreme allergies of the owner, which pose a health and safety issue to them and could result in their death. The homeowner will not be able to enter the property without large amounts of dangerous coma-inducing allergy medication if any animals have been there. I hope you understand this ban, as this is an exception to the policy as to not discriminate against service animals unless a documented exception is provided.
