Open concept living dining kitchen area, split bedrooms.
Living room offers a large sectional and a sitting chair, 65 inch smart tv for guests to log into their own programming.
Fully stocked kitchen with dual drip/kcup coffee maker, crock pot, pots and pans, dishes, drinkware, baking sheets, and pizza pan. Large farm style dining table with seating for 6.
The master bedroom offers a brand new comfortable king size bed, smart tv for guests to log into their own programming, en-suite bath with custom tile shower, his and her sinks with granite countertops, and a large walk-in closet.
The 2 guest rooms are located in the front of the home and offer a brand new comfortable king size bed with a smart tv and the other guest room offers 2 twin beds with a smart tv.
A shared guest bath with a shower tub combo, and large single vanity is located right outside the guest bedrooms. The laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is located just across from the guest bath.

Other Amenities: Pack-n-play, rollaway bed, a handicapped beach chair is available to rent upon request

Outdoor Amenities: gas grill propane provided, outdoor shower, furnished covered front and back porches.
Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.

Supply Info: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Age Limit: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

Boat Parking: NO BOAT, RV OR TRAILER PARKING ALLOWED IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD.

Monthly Rental Info: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates available for the winter season. If interested, please contact Sunshine Vacation Rentals for a monthly rate.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $200, plus tax will be added to your reservation after you book.

Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Whether you enjoy combing the beach for shells, snorkeling, kayaking, sunbathing, surfing waves, fishing, or taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, you'll spend hours of fun while soaking up the sun. For the fishing enthusiast, book your family on a fishing charter day trip out on the water to catch your dinner.

Nearby Port St. Joe offers shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops along Reid Avenue, many restaurants, and grocery stores. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles! Mexico Beach is just a few miles away and offers restaurants and shops. There are so many options to do without crowds or traffic!
