We had such a great time at this condo. It was the perfect amount of space, very clean, wonderful property management, and also close to so many family friendly restaurants and attractions!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay here was very pleasant. All of the staff we spoke with from the condo management company were very polite and helpful. We had a day of rain and the owner graciously called us to offer us an extra day for free to compensate. We unfortunately couldn't stay the extra day but I've never had that happen before!! The condo is beautiful but could use a few minor updates like painting woodwork and changing some outdated things (gold door handles for example). These of course are very minor things that don't detract from the condo as a whole. One thing I'm always concerned about when we travel is cleanliness and there was no problem with that here.

Very spacious

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely give it a thumbs up, however. The reality company that runs it, is horrible. They gave us the wrong address, even the address on the website will send you to the bay. I contacted them via text per their request. They provided another address, still incorrect. I asked them to call me which they would not. Finally, the third address they provided was correct. We drove around for over a half hour looking for the correct location, after coming from Ohio.This was extremely frustrating, I felt that a teenager was providing the information and that is why they would not call me. Furthermore, after we got to the unit we discovered a very broken chair in the corner of the dining area with a note from the previous guest explaining what happened. They didn't even move it to a closet.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I could make this lengthy but I’ll try to keep it short. The place was clean, beds comfortable. When you go to the beach and pay a lot for rent you expect the luxury of your rent. The beach access was great BUT the elevator broke the first day and it was not in working order the whole week, so glad I got first floor, felt bad for the 3rd floor people. Then the pool was closed for a drain issue. So disappointed. We had to fix it ourselves, if not it would have been all week without a pool. Called Beach Realty and was told they couldn’t do anything, gave me a number to call. No answer no callback. Just don’t think anyone cares. It took my daughter getting on Facebook site for anyone to get back with us. Thank goodness for him. The world has fallen into a don’t care about anyone but themselves world, so sad.

Reviewer Comments: The location was a convenient stay for us as we attended the wedding of a family member during the week. Beach Realty were always quick to respond to inquiries leading up to the trip. The rental was nicely decorated and stocked with items for use. Shortly after arrival we did encounter several of some unknown bugs in the bedroom and bathroom and some large stains on the carpets.We will most likely use the realty company again but not confident we would stay here again at this time.

Being right on the beach and in the middle of the island was perfect! we could watch the high seas and the surfers from our deck! The condo kitchen has everything you could need! It is very spacious! Our only complaint is that the condo needs some maintenance and upgrades done. The towel bars falling off the wall need to be replaced! And there is black mold around the ceiling edges. And the couch is no longer is worn out! We enjoyed our stay but feel that a few things need to be taken care of!
