The Space:

Welcome to the Tipsy Turtle! Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills with ocean views and a 2 minute walk to the beach, this brand new build is gorgeous and fully equipped to host your party of 10. With modern appliances and plenty of space, the kitchen is perfect for any chef to whip up some delicious meals. Dine indoors at the table, or out on the deck for an al fresco evening with a view. Head out to the private community pool to take in the sun and go for a swim!



The living room provides a cozy space to unwind with a movie or book in the evenings, and the numerous windows offer plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The decks are accessible throughout the home, so you can step outside and easily get a breath of the fresh beach air.



There are four bedrooms (2 with ensuites) for your whole family to have a comfortable place to rest. There is also an elevator that stops at every floor!



In addition to being a short walk from the beach entrance, the home is close to great local shops and restaurants to complete your ideal Outer Banks vacation!

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The Neighborhood:

Home to the famous first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a beautiful and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the beautiful OBX beaches!

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.



Interaction with Guests:
