Regarding the yard, our lawn service had not yet resumed for the season at the time of your visit, but this has since been taken care of. I will also be personally looking into the concerns you mentioned about debris, the deck, and outdoor lighting to ensure everything is safe and properly maintained moving forward. I also want to apologize for the condition of the outdoor furniture upon your arrival. This has since been thoroughly cleaned, and we are putting measures in place to ensure it is always guest-ready.
