Vail Valley Condo- Pristine Edwards Property. Spectacular Views.

Comfortable, newly furnished townhome with picture-perfect views of the New York mountain range, Arrowhead Ski Area, Cordillera, and Vail's Game Creek Bowl. The property has everything you'll need to enjoy your home away from home in the beautiful Vail Valley. This is a great vacation property to visit for 5-minute access to Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek. Vail is a quick 15 minute drive. Stretch out and enjoy generous townhome space for less than the cost of a cramped hotel room. Entering the home on the main level you'll find the large, open living room with gas fireplace, 50-inch flat screen TV, entertainment center with surround-sound stereo and DVD player, a 1/2 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen with counter area and bar stools, breakfast nook with table that seats four, and a private balcony with outdoor furniture and a gas grill providing expansive views of the mountains. The upper floor has a master bedroom with King size bed with memory-foam pad, master bathroom with shower, and second bedroom has a Queen size bed and full bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV. The lower level has a spare room with full-size futon, laundry facilities, and garage access.

The townhome has WIFI internet access as well as Satellite TV for your convenience and enjoyment. Edwards offers fine dining and casual dining, shopping, art galleries, as well as a convenient grocery store, liquor stores, movie theatre, access to many outdoor sports such as golf, tennis, skiing/snowboarding, and direct access to some of the Vail Valley's best hiking/mountain biking trails.

Cleaning fee is included with all stays.

No cigarette smoking inside the townhome.

Owners will consider trading for other vacation destination opportunities.

Great Location to Vail and Beaver Creek

Great place to stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Andrew’s place was quiet with comfy beds and great amenities. Perfect for skiing Beaver Creek and Vail. We would rent again next time we ski the area!

Great stay and spacious

Owner was very responsive. The place had everything we need and was clean. Location was not ideal since it was a drive from Keystone and other locations but the place made up for it. Would stay here again.

Ski condo in Edwards

The property was clean and well maintained. The owner was responsive to our questions. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. It was close to Beaver Creek, just as advertised.

Affordable convenience

The condo was nice with plenty of room for 4 people. It was surprisingly quiet. 10 Minutes to Beaver Creek resort and 15 to minutes to Vail was really convenient and saved us a lot of money by not staying in Avon or Vail. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for skiing Vail and BC and didn't break the budget.

Easy access to Arrowhead and Beaver Creek

The host Andrew was easy to contact and very responsive. Check-in and check-out were simple. Property is located a very short distance off the Edwards I-70 exit. Easy to find the garage entrance (at "rear" of the unit). A little more complicated to find the the "front" of the unit where there is an assigned parking spot on the main level. We found the garage easiest and parked there (a remote is provided). Our RAV4 with box on top cleared, but a larger vehicle might not. Assigned parking spot available if your vehicle doesn't fit. Unit is three levels, with garage and utility/laundry room on the ground floor (2 flights of stairs up to BRs), kitchen/dinette, half bath and living room on the main floor and two nice sized bedrooms each with its own full bath on the top floor. Extra futon in utility room could allow a third couple to stay as well. Kitchen had everything - Keurig, pots, pans, crock pots, toaster, blender, dishes, utensils, etc. Fast Wifi. Flat screen TV in LR with Xfinity, and in each BR with a Roku for Netflix. Gas hot water never ran out! There is no bus service close to this location, so a car is definitely required. Easy 5 min drive to local shops and restaurants in Edwards, a few mins more to Avon for larger stores (City Market, Christie Sports, Walgreens, Walmart) and more restaurants. Arrowhead is about 10 mins or less and offers access to BC with limited free parking. Get there by 8am on weekends -- if the "No Public Parking" signs are up, you're too late! You can also park at the BC Bear and Elk lots for $10/day. BC shuttle buses run between the different areas, including Arrowhead. All in all this property worked out well for an extended ski vacation!

Solid townhouse, solid location, solid owner

My wife and I were very satisfied with our stay at Andrew's property. Let me get the complaints over with first: there were some minor cleaning issues, and some minor things that needed repair (e.g. sink stoppers). It was a very spacious, 3 story townhouse with a balcony commanding excellent views of the area. The property is 5 minutes from Arrowhead Village (peak in Beaver Creek), and around 15 minutes from Vail. There's virtually no traffic because you're coming from west. Andrew was very responsive and helpful, giving us numerous tips for getting around the ski resorts, accommodating us on early check-in, answering questions about the layout of the space, etc. The amenities were terrific: washer&dryer, big tv, garage space (necessary in snowy areas), a nice fireplace, and a grill. We couldn't have asked for a better place for the price, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.t

Comfortable & Great Location

The townhome was cozy but had more than enough space for our 3 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. It was clean and well stocked - we weren't lacking anything. We loved the fireplace as it warmed up the common area fast after a day on the slopes. It was a bonus that we were able to use the garage as it snowed while we were there. The owner was very helpful and responsive. My only point of advice is to take warm slippers as there is only berber carpet and tile on the floors. The location was great if you are going to stay off the ski resorts as it was just off the highway (though we didn't hear any traffic noise) and just outside of town. If you are bringing dogs, this place is ideal. There was an off-leash dog park within a mile and there were several trails just behind the house. We would highly recommend and would stay here again when we come back to the area.

Cozy and comfortable apartment close to ski areas

We spent one week in Andrews aparment. Andrew was great to work with and he gave us the extended help and service which aliens from Germany needed! The house is located in a quiet, safe and friendly neigborhood. We enjoyed the full eqipped kitchen and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Unfortantely one of our party had an accident on the slopes and had to stay at home. Fortunately the apartment has a spacious and comfartable livingroom with fireplace and a sunny balcony with stunning mountainview which it made a little bit more bearable to stay in the apartment. The apartment is close to the Beaver Creek ski area and even to Vail it's only a short trip on the I70. Although we love to cook at home we visited our favourite restaurant in Edwards, the Gashouse. We recommend buffalo! But also the Benderz Burgers in Avon was a good experience. Despite the accident, we all had a nice week in Edards! Thank you, Andrew, for your hospitality!

Loved it!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this place! The home had everything provided for us, from paper towels to cleaning items. We had four adults and the place easily accommodated all of us, plus guests. Andrew was responsive to all of our questions and needs. And, the convenient location made our stay even more perfect! Your home was a wonderful haven for our trip.

Your home was clean and neat. The kitchen was updated and equipped so we were able to prepare meals and keep our costs down. The kids enjoyed the fireplace and I enjoyed the ease of gas on/off 😃 Located in a quiet residential area but easy enough to get to Edwards and shopping and not that far from the slopes. It was a great place to spend our Christmas holiday. Thanks for your hospitality.

Andrew was great to work with. Property was as described, very comfortable and the location was perfect! We took full advantage of all the area had to offer and were pleasantly surprised to find a disc golf course right behind the property! This location is just minutes to Edwards, Eagle River, Beaver Creek, etc...don't miss the paved bike trail to Beaver Creek and Nottingham Lake in Avon! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property!

Great property at a great rate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The property was clean, spacious, and had great views off the back porch. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. The owner was great to work with as well. Would highly recommend to any of my friends or family.

Perfect For Us

We discovered Edwards and this awesome condo several years ago and have returned many times in winter and summer. It is perfectly located near real-life amenities in Edwards and Avon (restaurants/shopping/movies/gyms), with seamless accessibility to Arrowhead, Beaver Creek, and Vail. It's an easy drive to the pools in Glenwood Springs, and not that far for a day trip to Aspen either. House has all we need for comfort, convenience, and is a terrific value. And the view from the deck, living room, and master bedroom are pretty inspiring too! The owner is gracious and always helpful. We hope to return soon.

The location is ideal for those who want to visit the Vail Valley but do not want to pay the excessive prices associated with Vail. Edwards has quickly become the locals' favorite destination. There are tons of restaurants to visit, close proximity to shopping areas, and plenty of entertainment. Edwards is only a few miles from Beaver Creek and Arrowhead. Vail is only a 15 minute drive but at the end of the day, it's great to retreat back to the comfort of Edwards and all it has to offer.
