The space
Casa Pepe is located in Trade Wings Villas, a small privately-owned gated community with 24-hour security guard for your safety and peace of mind.

This 2.5 bedroom house sleeps 6, maximum 8 people, and will be your perfect home away from home.

Start your day by taking in the breathtaking views from any seat in the house.

Walk outside to enjoy the various sitting areas, including a fire pit, and feel the ocean breeze as you watch the waves crash! You may spot a dolphin or two!

Use the private entrance to the beach from your house for easy access to the beach.

Enjoy your evenings on the outside patio to watch the beautiful sunsets.

That address above is not correct (tech issues), please follow these directions:

From the border take Toll Road toward Rosarito Beaches. Exit Rancho Del Mar exit and take an immediate right turn (if you end up on the ramp you went too far). You will see a security guard post, show him your reservation and he will open the gate for you. Drive all the way down to the 2nd to last house. You can park your car(s) in the carport and in front of the house.
