Stay at the beautiful and relaxing beach resort in Rosarito, Mexico. This huge condo offers a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms with plenty of room and an outside spacious balony. Being on the water front is the only way to enjoy the beach, pools, gym, sauna and relaxation.

Amazing Oceanfront Condominium in Rosarito Beach where its just North of Rosarito, and is more private and less busy. Its about 15 minutes South of the Border and close to the new state of the art Baja Metropolitan Rosarito Convention Center. Just pass the first Toll Road (Mexico 1D) about $2.00 you can pay in cash or peso and after that its about 5 minute drive and across the street for the new convention center and you will see the 20-story beige high rise Las Olas Mar Y Sol on your right hand side, which is the beach side. After you pass Km 24 on the Toll Road, Exit on your right and drive along the side until you see the entrance. You will also see a small bridge which is Rancho Del Mar and the exit is 50 feet after the bridge. If you have driven to the second Toll Booth or in Downtown Rosarito than you already pass it.

Our Amazing Oceanfront Condominium has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, 1743 SF with Granite Upgrades and Travertine. Free Netflix, Pluto TV with beautiful ocean views and sunsets. Full kitchen appliance with laundry in the unit and free wireless internet.

This high rise condo is gated and has 24 hour security, day and night with plenty of gated parking spaces. Easy to find off the toll road and entering and exiting within minutes from the condo to your Rosarito restaurants, movies, activities, and shopping. Also close to Home Depot, Walmart, Cinemas, and Outdoor Shopping Mall within minutes driving. Huge balcony with patio furniture to relax and watch the sunset.
3 Pools, 8 Jacuzzi, Gym, Steam Room, Sauna Room, Ground Street Lever 24 Secured Parking, 24 Hour Security Guard, Kitchen with Refrigerator/Stove/Microwave/Washer/Dryer Machine.
Note: This is no a full service hotel, it is a condo complex where you come in and out on your own, you check in with security and the front desk, 24 hour security service around the building. I keep it updated with pots/pans, towels, pillows/blankets/, dining table has four chairs and two extra chairs can be used in the kitchen.
If you are coming and would like to cook a big dinner, or would like extra towels, then I ask to bring anything extra like that with you on your trip.
BBQ are Not allowed in the balcony or by the pool area at this time.

It is in Rosarito Beach, Mexico if WiFi internet go go down from time to time, I don't have any control over that, so just put that in consideration.
The condo is a quiet family building during the off peak months and gets a little busier during the peak time of the season, few of the jacuzzis and both elevator are operational. Its a place where you can just relax and play and take long walks on the beach. Its Not a party place, for something like that, I would recommend Downtown Rosarito. Its a 5 minute driving into Rosarito Strip and Downtown Rosarito where all the restaurants pubs/bars are located. The beginning of the strip has a outdoor shopping center with movie theatre, Walmart, restaurants and shops.

The condo is located a few minutes driving before you get into Rosarito off the Toll Road and its on the beach. Its 5 minutes driving into Downtown Rosarito and the strip of Rosarito. So you do have to drive their. This is more of a secluded condo complex where you can enjoy the beach and pool without the busy crowd, and then drive 5-10 minutes to all the restaurants, crowds, shopping, activities.

A few notes on this beach front property.
No Boom Box and No Glass in the pool or jacuzzi areas and No BBQ at this building. Security is 24 Hours at the front gate:
Park in covered garage after enter through security, there are also guest spaces when you enter the building and it's secured and gated.
Trash area is in the lower parking garage,
when you get off the elevator to your left.
There is NO SMOKING in the unit or hallways.
