Sanibel Surfside "Sunset" #231 is the most unique and spectacular vacation condominium! Truly the only one of its kind, this magnificent 3,000 square foot condo has some seriously incredible gulf views! This condo boasts 3 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms and all the bedrooms offer their own master bedroom suite each with their own large private bathroom for added privacy and convenience. All bedrooms & bathrooms have been completely updated and boasting truly luxurious upgrades and features! The massive living & dining area overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with expansive views from the top floor and offers an open floor plan just off the huge walk-in kitchen. This unit also comes with a private & renovated beachfront cabana that has a toilet, shower and kitchenette as well as storage for all necessary beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) Sanibel Surfside 231 has everything & more that you'll need for your next island getaway destination!

Condo amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms -- 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds (sleeps 6 people MAX), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, 1 tennis & 2 pickle board courts, elevators, covered parking, private beachside cabana. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a STRICT maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Wonderful family week in sanibel

Amazing location, huge condo with 3 bedrooms. We were 6 and had plenty of space. We loved everything about the place and will come back!

Sanibel surf side -fantastic place

The location was perfect - best view of the ocean! The amenities and conveniences they provided were amazing and made our stay that much better! Very clean and updated condo! Very comfortable especially with family And children all together! Great vacation!

Beautiful Sanibel condo

We had never stayed on Sanibel Island before, and our family was impressed by the island, and this property in particular. There was so much room for our family, and the floor plan was perfect! It is an older condo, but well taken care of, with many amenities. We would definitely stay there again!

Our favorite place in Sanibel

This is our second time staying here—and it certainly won’t be our last. It’s a perfect condo for more than one couple—the layout is such that it makes socializing easy but also provides privacy. The location on the island is perfect—easy bike ride to anywhere. The pool is great! And we loved the recent upgrades to the unit’s cabana and all 4 condo bathrooms. Thanks for another memorable stay!

Spacious with Incredible Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was probably one of my favorite rentals we have ever had. The views of the beach were stunning... FROM EVERY ROOM IN THE HOUSE! I am not even sure how that is possible, but the stars aligned with this place. It does not feel like a condo, and the pictures don't do the size justice. The beds were super comfortable, the pool (we used the one next door as the condo's pool is still being redone) was heated and I believe salt water and was amazing. The beds were comfortable, and the home has been decorated beautifully. It is actually TWO units that are seamlessly connected. But would be great for a family that wants some separation between sleeping kids and night owl parents. There was no construction and it was extremely quiet. Access to the beach is RIGHT THERE, and the sand, sun and shells cannot be beat!
