Soaring cathedral ceilings leave you feeling like you are in a tropical wonderland with its wall of windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The main floor of this two story unit features an open concept living and dining area perfect for entertaining. The updated and fully stocked galley style kitchen is a chef's dream offering privacy and loads of space, it even has an small nook for an office.

Also located on the main floor is the third guest room with a daybed and trundle. There is also a freshly updated bath with vanity and walk in shower. On the second level of this townhouse are the first guest bedroom with two double beds, tv and a large, newly renovated hallway bath with dual sinks and a tub / shower combination. The master bedroom with gorgeous west indies style furnishings and views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as a newly renovated master bath featuring dual sinks and a huge glass enclosed walk in shower.

Cyprina Beach is a small complex of 11 elevated townhomes located on the quiet east end of Sanibel. Your family will have use of the heated community pool, gas BBQ grills, and a private boardwalk to the beach.

Beds: K /2 doubles / 2 twins. Sleeps 6. This is a non-smoking property. 7-night minimum stay.

Great place, would definitely come back

Despite some bad luck on the weather, our stay was very nice. Kim, our property manager was aces. My favorite place in the condo was the screened in porch.

Family vacation getaway

Everything was great and the property management was very responsive. The only issue we had was that the pool was closed and we were not aware until we arrived. Additionally, I will note that the no-see-ums are pretty bad and would recommend bug spray. Other than that no issues. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you!

Beautiful

Location was great, loved the decor! Bikes and beach chairs were nice to have but need some updating. Was told it was a regular coffee maker, however it was a K cup unit. We requested maintenance to the community grill, as it was not working and it was done within 48 hours. Some cleaning needs done behind the dressers and under beds. Overall beautiful property, loved the pool and screened lanai! Would book again!

Spring Break

Beautiful property especially in light of the slow recovery from Ian. Throughly enjoyed the beautiful condo, beach and pool when we could use it. We were locked out of the pool due to roofing of the adjacent building which we understood for safety reasons. But the communication about the closure was frustrating. Beachview vacations finally responded with a solution but it took a lot of effort. We still had a fantastic time and would highly recommend staying here!

Best of Beach, Pool, & Porch

This unit isn't big, but we fit four adults and four teenagers. You can see the beach from every room in the house, and you can hear it from the fabulous porch. The screened porch was great to sit on & even sleep on through the night. Beach access was right outside the door over the private boardwalk. The pool was big and right outside the door also. The no-seeums and biting bugs could have been a deal-breaker, but the wind picked up for most of the week & kept them away for all but two days (another reason the porch was great). The beach is covered in shells, which my fam loved, but a pair of beach/water shoes is needed for most walks. The place was fun. Peace!

Much Needed Break

We had a great time at Cyprina Beach 1 with our son and his girlfriend. We made great use of the bikes and my son made great use of the kayak. The chairs, beach umbrella, shovels, kite, cooler and many other things make the time spent there very enjoyable. The shelling can't be beat and it is almost a private beach during the slower times. Beautiful looking pool lit at night and very refreshing as an option to the beach during the day. The sunrises from most rooms were amazing! The amenities in the home gave it an 'upscale' feel, with the exception being the squeaking of the top floor. We would definitely return!

Spacious and Private!

My husband and I rented this wonderful unattached condo (like staying in a house) with our daughter and son-in-law and it was perfect for our vacation. The place is open, had 3 bathrooms, (having one downstairs was ideal when popping back to the condo from the beach), and more than enough room to be together and to separate. The best feature is the lanai, large, breezy and the best spot to start and finish the day. The view couldnā€™t have been better. We all loved the swinging chair and enjoyed the space below the lanai for dropping our water toys and cooler when returning from the beach. We love Sanibel, itā€™s our third visit and this is our favorite place to stay to date. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed by the office. Thanks for allowing our family to enjoy your familyā€™s home!

Sandcastle beautiful property

It was very enjoyable. We did have an issue with some of the appliances in the kitchen. The can opener was rusted and we had a hard time working. Coffee pot and blender seemed to be pieced together with different parts but we were able to get them to work. There were water bugs and noseeems in the house. No kidding about bug spray! The hot tub kept draining and there were no instructions of how to use it. It was reported multiple times and the pool person did fix it when she was there but it happened again before we left. All in all we had a wonderful time and the property was beautiful.

Nice place but 3 bedrooms is definitely pushing the description.

This is a nice facility in a very good location but you might get the impression from the listing that you get 3 full size bedrooms. You don't! One of the bedrooms is a covey off the living room that has a couch that is a fold out bed, questionable that this could be called a bedroom. Downstairs bathroom sink did not have hot water, never tried the shower. Master bedroom ceiling fan did not work. Called the property manager about a minor item, it was taken care of immediately. As to the fan and hot water we were too busy enjoying the beech to call about them, besides, they should of been fixed when we got there. Bikes weren't greatest and had flat tires but we were able to use one to get around a little.

Exceeded expectations!

Just returned from an amazing stay at this townhouse. Everything was as promised, and more! The townhouse has beautiful ocean views and the interior decor is very upscale. The unit was spotless upon arrival. Beach towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas were provided. We made daily use of the 2 adult bikes that were in the garage. The screened porch is huge and there are 2 lounge chairs for relaxing, as well as a table and chairs for dining outside. We did most of our own cooking and the kitchen was stocked with all the cookware that we needed. The bathrooms are beautiful. Wait until you see the master bath shower! The view of the moonlit ocean from the master bedroom was unreal. The pool was nicely heated (i'm picky about that) and the tropical landscaping around the pool was gorgeous. There was an outdoor shower for use if returning from the beach. Speaking of the beach, we found it to be the best shelling on the island. We were so happy we chose the East end of the island. It was quieter and we loved being near the lighthouse. The owners were a pleasure to work with and answered all questions promptly and courteously. Do not hesitate to book this rental. It was a dream vacation!

In laws 60 year anniversay

So I rented this property in December when we learned our yearly time share would be unrentable. My mother in law wanted a Gulf side beach rental. I found this town house and texted the rental company, who responded "yes" rentable with :)... i gave the deposit of more than $1,000... i watched for future reviews... none. I inquired again prior to the final payment in May... Kim told me she had just been in the town house and it was immaculate and incredible decorated. I payed the total, over $4,000. A day before our vacation, the owner of this company, called me to let me know the property could not be occupied. She instead put me in a house on the bayside on a canal where i was not allowed to take my boat to. She considered it an upgrade. I did not. She communicated directions poorly as we were on the island when she said sorry! Sent you the wrong property with the wrong directions to get into the house. She then did the most agregious thing charging me almost $400 more dollars in the middle of our vacation week. She promised to refund multiple times and never has! Very disappointing!!

LOVED this place! Didn't want to leave!

Absolutely beautiful property which looks just like the photos. We loved that this unit is free standing (only one in the development) so no shared walls and very private. The views from the house were spectacular and we spent most of the time when we were at the house sitting out on the screened-in porch listening to the ocean, watching the birds and the little rabbits that live in the mangroves surrounding the property. The location of this property is also perfect! Very close to everything (shops, restaurants, etc.) - close enough that we even rode the beach cruiser bikes there and back throughout the week. The beach directly in front of the unit is probably one of the best spots on the island and was never crowded. The owner - Beth - was wonderful and provided us with a ton of recommendations - her favorites for shopping and dining out. Just because I am an OCD planner and always read every word of these reviews so I know what to expect, I will note that the unit does not really have any provisions to start your stay (it does have a few soap bars in the bathrooms, a roll of paper towels, and a few packets of dish detergent and one packet of laundry detergent). So I highly recommend stopping at the market on the way to the unit (or at least early the first day) for basics like coffee and filters (the reusable one wasn't working for us - oh, and the unit has a drip-style not a Keurig), creamer, salt and pepper, water, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo & conditioner (if you didn't pack it), etc. Per Beth's recommendation, we shopped at Jerry's - which is a fabulous market complex on Periwinkle that has everything that you'll need for your stay and MORE (make sure you check out the amazing birds)! Another note (so you don't waste time unnecessarily worrying about it): the ceiling fan in the great room never worked the entire time we were there but it wasn't really an issue as the A/C was more than plenty to keep us cool and comfortable. When we mentioned it to the management company, they indicated that they were aware but that they couldn't find anyone to fix it because of the tall ceiling height. We truly loved this place and were sad when our week ended. But we were already talking about returning to Beth's place again next year before we even stepped foot on the plane home. Great place for vacation with grandkids that ended just before hurricane Ian.

Good location away from the crowds. Pool and beach are within feet of the condo so there is little reason to leave the property for a relaxing vacation. Hopefully hurricane Ian will spare the island of Sanibel

Spectacular Sanibel

We were a family of 5 (mum, dad, two teenage girls and Nana) travelling from the UK and spending a week relaxing on Sanibel before moving on to the mayhem of Orlando. We have visited Sanibel a number of times over the past 30 years between us (including our wedding 21 years ago) and always had a usual location for our stay, when we lost my dad in 2020 we could not face returning to the same place where we had so many memories of him but still wished to return to the wonderful island we all love. Finding this beach house was the perfect way to make new memories and we could not have asked for more! The location is perfect and the property had everything we needed. We spent our time between beach and pool with the occasional venture out to Jerryā€™s or Baileyā€™s for groceries or for dinner at one of the many amazing restaurants on the island. Whilst there we saw iguanas, dolphins, manatees, bob cats, geckos, many birds and a snake! We also heard the cane toads early one morning following a heavy down pour! We loved every minute at Cyprina Beach 1 and cannot wait to return.

Spent a week at this lovely townhouse! Location was great for easy access to many of the Sanibel sites. Great access to beach and well maintained pool. Will definitely return!

I'll start with the good stuff, because it is almost all good! We loved the location. The beach was even closer than we expected from the pictures. 2 outdoor showers were nice for rinsing off before jumping in the pool. The condo being unattached was so nice and private! Only about half the units were in use while we stayed, so it was completely quiet and peaceful. At the same time, it felt like a little community. We chatted with our fellow vacationers about good dinner locations, fishing, and more. The beds were comfy, and the whole unit felt fresh and modern. Lots of floats/boogie boards/ beach chairs, etc. were available. Now, on to the issues. When we arrived, we found that the refrigerator was not cooling. We had just picked up a week's worth of groceries, and had to spend the whole first evening acquiring ice and loading what we could fit into our cooler - I had been told in a message that a cooler was provided, but it was locked away in the garage with the owner's things, so we are lucky we brought a cooler at all. We had to throw out so much food. We contacted the emergency line, but got no response. I emailed Breakaway properties and was told that a mini fridge would be sent over Sunday afternoon, and that a new fridge would be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday morning, we were woken by a call telling us that the fridge was there, and ready to be installed. But it wasn't. We didn't get one until Thursday. I greatly appreciate the effort made to get us at least a small fridge, but we ended up spending a lot more money on food than we would have if the fridge had been working. We truly loved so much about the unit, and would like to return. If we hadn't had that one issue, I would rate it 5 stars!

Sanibel on the Beach

Great location and townhome for me and my family. Townhome is well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the beach and play in the ocean. Community pool but felt private. Great Location

Spent a week with wife and our two young children. The location is terrific and views of the gulf are better than advertised. Would definitely come back.
