Guests will enjoy the abundant amenities of St. Regis including two year round pools - one heated to 84 degrees during cooler months, fitness center, sauna, arcade room, charcoal grills, playground, putting green, basketball court, 3 on-site restaurants, coffee shop and a seasonal ice cream shop! Everyone is sure to find something fun to do for a memorable beach vacation! *Please note that work on the outside of the building is scheduled between Oct 13, 2025 and March 13, 2026. The work will not be directly outside this unit, but it is not clear at this time if or how this may affect the quiet enjoyment of the proerty.*
Turtle Time #119 has a full kitchen with all the amenities you will need to cook any meals during your stay. A coffee bar awaits with a Keurig coffee machine ready to help you start your day. With custom built in banquette seating there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a meal together. For guests traveling with little ones, there is a pack & play, high chair, and kid plates/cups/utensils that convey with the property. A new full size washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed featuring a full-sized bed over queen-sized bed. The second bedroom also comes with a chair that converts to a twin bed. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is adjacent to the second bedroom.
For entertainment, high speed internet is provided. Guests of all ages will enjoy the foosball coffee table and plenty of board games and books on rainy days. There is a flatscreen TV in the living room and each bedroom. Guests may login to their streaming accounts on the Roku TVs. The owners provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys, please note that Landmark Vacation Rentals is not responsible for maintaining what beach equipment is available at any given time or the functionality of the items.
There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed and texted their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of each guest stay. Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Shampoo, Body Wash, and Conditioner are complimentary. Please note that top bunks, futons, and pull outs will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! This property is NOT pet friendly per the HOA rules.
