PLEASE READ CAREULLY
This is a new constructed lake front home with 100 feet of lake shore for the family vacation in mind. Pets are welcome (max 2). This property has a total occupancy of 15 people. Outside guests are not encouraged for parking is up to 5 cars. We do not host wedding ceremonies or other events that requires more parking or more people. Owner is on the street in case anything is needed. From Memorial Day to Labor Day we have 3 and 4 night minimums.
Separate bar building with a roof top lounge! Boat slip included and pontoon rentals available. We have parking for 5 cars at this site and additional parking is by request. (ask prior to booking) Amazing views and private. Located on a private drive which makes it toddler friendly. Restaurants and bars are walking distance from this location. This is a great neighborhood. The recreation bar/building we designed is amazing with it's spiral staircase to take you to the roof top lounge area. We have a gas grill for our guests. We also have 2 master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. One master also has a sofa sleeper. The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed as well. Then we have a kids room ( 4th bedroom) that has full over full bunk beds with a twin trundle bed. The upper loft room has a sleeper and a 65" TV. The home also has WIFI. The kitchen has top of the line appliances including a Wolf brand 36 inch stove with views that will keep you in awe. This home has a nice wood burning fireplace for those cozy winter nights. We also have an iron filter with a softener for extra nice water to shower and cook with. Our home is about a 25 minute drive to Alpine Valley music theater and ski resort and10 to 15 minutes to Lake Geneva. There is so much more I can list but don't want this to read like a novel. We celebrated family Thanksgiving at this house and it was perfect. The group was large and there is lots of space for people to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped and they had dinnerware for our 16 group. Because of the weather, we didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of everything

This is a nice house facing beautiful lake. The location is quiet. The communications with host Vince were great. We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Great weekend getaway!

Weekend get-away at the Lake House

We all (family of 6 adults and 2 infants) enjoyed our weekend stay at the Lake House. Very comfortable accommodations, beautiful view of Lake Delavan, good communication with and responsiveness from our host (once we got the correct phone number) and pet friendly (for a fee).

Beautiful Home

Loved the house, lakefront, the fire pit, the kitchen, the game room/bar. None of us liked our beds and definitely not enough room to sleep 15 comfortably, as advertised. The top bunk was very unsafe and we had to move the mattressWe made do.

Beautiful rental on lake

The house was gorgeous. Being on the lake was great with your own dock. Parking was tight & being on the end sometimes not a lot of privacy. Vince & his wife were great host & hostess.

Perfect Stay

I’d highly recommend this stay in Delavan! There’s plenty of room, it’s beautifully decorated (and immaculately clean), the kitchen had everything we needed. The perfect summer getaway with fishing, boating and campfires.

Great House and Experience

The house was awesome and was as advertised. It was very clean and stocked. The views were magnificent! The entire family loved the location as being right on the lake with a private pier that allowed the kids to catch a bunch of fish. Vince was a great host keeping us updated before and during our visit by checking in to make sure everything was ok during our visit. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Bridal party retreat

Nothing short of amazing...Vince is a fabulous host...lives down the street...always asking if everything is ok. The facilities are amazing...perfect for a BBQ, corn hole or relaxing by the fire pit with smores. The outdoor bar with rooftop views makes this a place "not to be missed". I'll be back!

Exceeded expectations!

I normally never give reviews, but had to this time. We are a large family with a parent who has special needs and requires an emotional support dog. Not many places will accommodate. The first floor master bedroom/bathroom, with handicap-wide doors was perfect. The entire house is new with beautiful amenities and spacious rooms. The kitchen was so welcoming that we enjoyed cooking and gathering at the large wooden table. Though we weren’t able to take advantage of it, there is a detached beautiful bar room with a rooftop sitting/viewing area. And oh yeah, the waterfront location is perfect. Beautiful views from many of the rooms and we even threw a fishing line or two in the lake. We felt very fortunate to have found this spot.

Family Vacation success

With kids ranging in age 9months to 19 and a disabled grandparent, this house was perfection. Vince and Nancy are lovely and really make the house a home perfect for a long weekend at the lake. The best stocked kitchen I have ever had at a VRBO made it easy to cook and grill every night for our large group. We will definitely be back!
