Enjoy the hot tub that overlooks the lake, a fire pit, fishing off the dock, boating, or relax reading a book off your upstairs balcony. This magnificent, spacious, cozy and luxurious house must be seen with your own eyes. It’s impressive both inside and out with so many amenities built in with a shared goal of bringing large families and groups of friends together on a single property. Perfect for family reunions, holidays, ski weekends, summer getaways, weddings, golf trips, spa weekends, you name it!

Start your day by making a fresh cup of coffee and sitting on the balcony overlooking the sailboats. Spend your day fishing, boating, tubing, waterskiing, jet skiing, or take a trip to explore downtown Lake Geneva and surroundings (check out a few ideas below) possibilities are endless here. Important Safety Guidelines:



• Supervision of Children: Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the lake, dock, and hot tub.

• Life Jackets: Life jackets are required for all children while near or in the water. Adult supervision is strongly recommended for all swimming or water activities.

• Hot Tub Safety: Use of the hot tub should always be monitored. Children should never use the hot tub unsupervised, and we recommend limiting usage to 15 minutes at a time for safety. Please follow all posted hot tub instructions and guidelines.

• Alcohol & Water Activities: For your safety, avoid consuming alcohol while participating in water activities or using the hot tub.

• Swimming Ability: Ensure all members of your group are aware of their swimming abilities and take precautions accordingly.

Other Things to Note:

Lake Delavan is roughly 52 feet at its deepest and is perfect for swimming, fishing, tubing, waterskiing, boating, kayaking, jet-skiing and many more. Visitors can visit the public boat landings, a public beach. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye.

* Must be at least 30 years old to book and present for the entire stay, day and night.

* Photo ID is required at least 48 hours before check-in

Lake access as well as beach located by the private beach to the West end of the Lakeshore Dr.





***CHILDREN MUST be supervised at ALL times especially by HOT TUB, Lake and Beach area.





*** CPR mask combo kit ADULT and INFANT located visibly on open shelf of coffee station.





*** CHOKING Rescue LifeVac also provided same location - visibly on open shelf of coffee station





*** 7 FIRE Distinguishers throughout the house and deck area.

1 upstairs, 2 first floor, 1 in basement, 2 outdoor deck area by BBQ grill / sitting area and 1 near outdoor fire pit.

2024 version FIRE BLANKETS (2 pack) 1 located near outdoor fire pit and 1 inside the house inside the cabinet above washer/dryer on first floor.
