The beautiful full kitchen is any chef's dream with its ample meal prep space and suite of stainless steel appliances. Whip up delicious meals here before serving them to your family at the dining table, or alfresco poolside. After eating, lounge in the living room where soft sofas and a large TV await your enjoyment.

One bedroom is accessible on the main level and the rest are right upstairs. Each spacious, homey, and bright - rest assured that every member of your family will be beyond content with their room selection. In the primary bedroom, appreciate extra perks like a treadmill, ample storage space, and a spa-like en suite bathroom. Invest in you-time when you sink into the warm waters of the soaking tub or rinse off in the impressive walk-in shower.

Additionally upstairs, enjoy having access to a private washer/dryer, a balcony, and extra work areas.

House Rules
- This property does not allow parties. Visitors must vacate by 9 p.m.
- The pool is open during the summer and is unheated.
- The interior fireplaces are not functional.
- There is parking for three cars available in the driveway. Three (3) is the maximum number of cars allowed at any time per HOA requirements.
- Street parking is not allowed at any time.
- The amount of guests staying needs to be accurately reported. Over-occupancy is never allowed and can result in eviction.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
