This unit has been updated beautifully with lovely colors and beach decor. Gulf views from both the master bedroom, living area and of course the balcony. One of the few gated beach condo resorts that has 24 hours security. Roku smart televisions are in living room and the 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, crockpot, toaster, coffee maker, instant hot water kettle, dishes, flatware and drinkware so you can cook anything from a simple snack to a gourmet meal. The dining room table has 6 chairs and additional seating at bar for 3. Plenty of room for everyone to play games and eat together. The master suite has a comfy king bed with its own private bathroom. The bathroom has a beautiful vanity area and tiled tub/shower combo with fluffy white towels. You will love the direct balcony access and the view of the ocean !
The guest bedroom has 2 double beds (full bed )that also has amazing luxury sheets and pillows. The adjoining bathroom has fluffy white towels and a beautiful tiled shower/tub combo. The unit can accommodate 8 guests comfortably with a king bed in the Master, 2 double beds in second bedroom and a Sofa in the living room that doubles as a queen bed. There are ceiling fans throughout the unit, as well as 3 flat screen TV's.
The property includes a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Two Beach chairs and one umbrella are included in the rental from March 1st to Oct 31st
NOTE:
A one time Resort Registration fee of $40 needs to be paid directly to Regency Towers at check in. Such a fee includes ONE parking pass
Any additional parking passes may be issued at a fee of $15 each
Maximum passes for a 1 or 2 bedroom unit is 2 parking passes OVERFLOW parking pass will be issued if more than 2 passes are needed and will be required to park in the overflow lot directly across from the complex. Parking passes must be hung on the rearview mirror and must be clearly visible at all times.
