Loved this place. Peaceful. Beautiful scenery. Very comfortable bed. Hot shower. Very friendly hosts. Great place to go n just get away for a while. Have the feel of camping but without the tent.

Wonderful farm stay

My husband and I enjoyed our time on the farm. It was a quick one-night stay so we didn't get to take advantage of the hiking trails. The cabin is clean and cozy, and the upgrade of the bathroom area (from porta potties to a real bathroom with a toilet and sink) was an awesome surprise. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in town.

If you’re looking for a rustic camping experience, and this is your place. Quiet and serene with multiple wildlife meandering through the property, well maintain trails leading to forest and creeks, and a fast sky with plenty of stars. Josh handy is a great host who communicates well and is responsive to the needs of his guests. Altogether lovely I would definitely do it again.

Hey Michael, the bathroom is listed in our description. I keep everything very clean and wash it out everyday to make sure our guests feel well accommodated. Thanks again for staying with us!

Loved staying there for the night, relatively close to the Ark. I will say if I was going to stay more than one night I would like a fridge close to the cabin that’s not a community fridge. Even if just a mini fridge. For one night for one person it was great. It would be rough with two people and multiple days. With lack of a clean fridge or full functioning one. Deffintely a cool stay like I said for one night by myself. T.V apps were also locked and wouldn’t allow phone mirroring which was unfortunate. I think little changes would make this stay a lot better. Overall great though.

Hey Austin, thank you again for staying with us. We really appreciate the kind words and your feedback. I did want to mention that we actually do have a fridge dedicated specifically for your cabin. I include quite a bit of information in the welcome message, so it may have simply been easy to overlook. As for the TV, you should have been able to use guest mode or access the apps, but I’ll definitely take a closer look and see what may have happened. With different guests coming in and out, it’s possible a setting was changed. I would have been more than happy to stop by and help during your stay, but since I didn’t hear anything, I assumed everything was working properly. Fun camper! Great host!!

We loved the property and privacy of this camper. The owners have created a fun place to stay that is just as they describe. It's kind of like a private KOA campground. We enjoyed the stay in the camper and hiking on the property. The bathroom and shower area work well but there is no hot water in the sink. The owner is very clear in all of the directions and instructions. We also liked the dining area with a roof, refrigerator, and microwave. Great visit!

Cute rustic stay near bourbon trail with an awesome host!

Host was amazing! We had homemade pickles in the fridge and an assortment of lovely smelling homemade candles! Josh offered all sorts of extras and even offered us a grill and coffee bar the second day of staying there. Very good instructions and history of the property were given beforehand. The only thing that wasn’t mentioned was the porta potty, it’s very clean and well kept up but I think some people would like to know that beforehand! I will stay here again!!

Very private

We wanted a private few nights In the country. That is exactly what we got. The cabin is cute and very simple. Loved the front porch. It wasn’t clear that there was no bathroom Or kitchen in the camper. I would Have preferred having a bathroom. BUT, it was charming and private and beautiful grounds to walk around

Rustic, but affordable

We were in the area for a wedding with our two small dogs. With the dog crate, it was a little cramped, but it worked. The shower was a little difficult to use because I had to undress in the shower or outside in the barn. Nowhere to put clean or dirty clothes except on hooks in the shower. Not ideal, but i got the job done.

Gaye, there was an entire dressing room just rebiluilt in the restroom area for this reason. Also, there are two hooks in the dressing room area outside of the shower area to use for your clothes. I wish you would have reached out with me about your concerns, I could have helped accomodate what you were looking to do. When we spoke, you didnt mention anything so I had assumred everything was alright. Thanks for staying!

Loved the area, there was air conditioning, a place to go hiking, I took my e-bike down the lane and watched the cows come in. Definitely family friendly, pet friendly, cute cabin we stayed in. Did not meet the host, but I did meet his dad.There's a little kitten there we got to meet. Really liked it there.
