Stunning Oceanfront Views! This elevated home in the wonderful, private Beachside community offers a community pool, tennis and private beach access. There are incredible views from the spacious renovated deck, living room with vaulted ceilings, and two bedrooms with direct deck access. Other features include: Wonderful backyard for the kids, Wood floors in living room and dining room, and carpet in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans throughout the house. Adjacent to beach access. Shopping, dining and nightlife are nearby. The home is has wireless internet and YouTube TV via Roku TV's. So feel free to watch YouTube TV or login into any of your favorite streaming channels. Gas Grill. Linens Included. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Upgraded kitchens and baths No Smoking. No Pets. Fireplace not for guest use.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Beautiful Beach and fantastic location

The house was perfect for our family stay. The beach was just steps away and so we’re all the island activities. I can’t recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to come back.

We stayed for a month, and it was so relaxing and was a wonderful way to recharge and refresh our lives. The sea air and amazing views combined with this perfectly outfitted home made this a trip to remember. We will be back again next year!

Beautiful view

The view was beautiful. We are from Washington state so we knew nothing about the area. I wish there had been some menus for local places or some info on what to do in the area. Also we had to buy everything, there were no beach towels or chairs. Not even one or two pods for laundry. We had to go to the store right away after a long travel day. We were only there a few days so we didn’t want to go through the hassle of renting a bunch of stuff.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean, in a great location, and had everything we needed. I liked that it was in a private community. It's only a block from the public beach, so on very crowded days the beach is pretty busy. But it was never an issue. We were in a perfect spot to watch the fireworks from our deck. The private backyard is perfect for family games like cornhole or ladder golf. The hammock under the house got a lot of use.Only issue we had was the delivery of a new washer/dryer. There was no communication from the property managers and two guys just showed up in a truck. Overall, layout of the house worked really well and we'd recommend this to others.

It was an exceptionally well maintained and equipped home and ocean views plus beach activities were amazing. We saw surfers, wind surfers, and enjoyed great meal both on and off the Island. The fireworks on July 4th were fantastic. Our only disappointment was that a previous guest had left the gas grill in terrible condition. But overall, we enjoyed the house.

The home is clean and well-furnished with direct access to a very well-maintained path to the beach. We made great use of the outdoor shower and the ample seating both indoor and outdoor. The washer and dryer capacity were perfect for our family and the bedrooms very comfy and quiet. We even fit in a couple games of tennis during our stay in the community court and really loved that extra feature!

My adult children enjoy the beach and I enjoy sitting in the decks taking in the scenery. I did not reserve the house for next year just yet because I am not certain that my health will let me visit in 2024. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with fantastic beach access. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The house and decks provide beautiful ocean views. Island Realty was very quick to respond (within an hour) when we found that the propane tank for the gas grill need to be replaced. The whole family had a wonderful vacation!

The views are spectacular and easy access to the beach. So so so relaxing and easy walking/biking distance to Harris Teeter and Simmons fish market. We walked to the Long Island Cafe and had a fabulous dinner. Grandkids loved the soft serve next door at the co-op!
