"Bird Song" stay is the ultimate basecamp for nature enthusiasts or anyone seeking adventure! This haven is a true labor of love, born from the owner's complete renovation during the COVID lockdowns, guaranteeing an extraordinary stay for those visiting! Intentionally designed for the comfort of two families or couples, the home offers generous space, multiple bathrooms, hassle-free parking, and an assurance of total privacy. Your nature-filled escape begins here.

*The home spans two stories, with the main living space on the upper floor and a fully separate living quarter on the lower level

*Both bedrooms upstairs have a queen bed, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, a private entrance to the rear deck and the hot tub, and a bathroom with a tub and shower.

*The lower floor has a separate one-bedroom suite, with a full kitchen, bathroom, and living and dining area, with a separate outdoor entrance. The downstairs suite has a large bedroom with a desk area, a separate living room and dining room, a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a full bath with tub and shower. The suite also has a separate fenced garden with its own outdoor dining area. Ideal if you are traveling with the in-laws or another family or if you want some separate space for work.

Guest access:
The home is set up for self check-in. Guests can access the home via lockbox and will have access to the entire home.

2. The home is professionally cleaned with eco-friendly products.

3. No chores for our guests! That’s what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail.

4. Absolutely no parties or loud/late-night gatherings. If you're looking for a place to cut loose and laugh and play music late into the night, we have other homes nearby that are more appropriate. Please ask us for alternative accommodation and we’d be happy to help find a place!

The property is set up for contactless entry. We are a local company that manages the property. We're just 15 minutes away, and our office is in Point Reyes Station. We're here 7 days a week to answer your questions or address any issues, usually within an hour, even on weekends and holidays.


Neighborhood:
We are located an hour north of San Francisco between Inverness and Inverness Park, in a serene and private oasis surrounded by nature and wildlife. It offers easy access to beaches, hiking, biking, kayaking, and sightseeing, with Point Reyes National Seashore just minutes away. Inverness and Point Reyes Station are nearby towns for dining and entertainment. The house provides a tranquil retreat while being close to various attractions and outdoor activities.

This region is a haven for bird enthusiasts, with over 700 bird species in Point Reyes National Seashore. Guests at the Bird Song House can enjoy bird-watching and may spot Goldfinches, Downy Woodpeckers, Oak Titmouse, Hooded Towhees, hummingbirds, Northern Mocking Birds, and Acorn Woodpeckers. Bird books and binoculars are available to help identify the diverse avian life in the area, including species like the Stellar Jay, Scrub Jay, and Western Bluebird.
