Sobre o anfitrião
Anfitrião: Jeffrey Smith
We were originally a New Jersey family with a century long history with Vermont, and we are now winter residents in Florida. This has been our summer home since 1986 and most weeks in the summer we have 3-generations of our family at the property.
Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
Thompson's Point is a summer-only residential area which was opened for leasehold development by the Town of Charlotte starting around 1900. All of the approximate 100 homes are on the waterfront and many have been in the same family for generations. The community is unique in that all the properties are seasonal use vacation homes (no year-round residents) with great walking and a large central tract of common land.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
We have both and east and west views which is unusual and deep water for boating and swimming on a protected bay.
