All of the bedrooms enjoy unobstructed Gulf views! The 1st floor master bedroom has a king bed, 42" TV, a door to the main deck and a connected bathroom with a soaking tub and a large shower. A 2nd master bedroom located on the 2nd floor, has a king with 42" TV, a fireplace plus, a private balcony and its own bathroom with a walk in shower. A 3rd bedroom also on the second floor has a king bed with 42" TV plus a private deck and its own connected bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single sink vanity. A 4th bedroom has king with 42" TV and a shared hall bathroom with the 5th bedroom which has a pyramid bunk (twin over double) a 42" TV. The hall bath has a dual sink vanity and a walk in shower. The 6th bedroom, the Bunk Room, has 3 built in twin bunk beds with 55" TV/DVD plus a connected bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single sink vanity.

The open floor plan on the main level makes High Point wonderful for family vacations. Everyone can watch the TV, whether you are sitting on the couches, at the dining table or cooking in the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, microwave, Blender and Coffee Makers (drip and Keurig). Other amenities - central air and heat, washer/dryer, stereo with CD, DVD, apple TV, surround sound in living room and speakers throughout house, wireless internet service, 2 fireplaces (one in living room and one in the 2nd floor master bedroom), large decks overlooking the Gulf.

High Point is equipped with an elevator to eliminate the stairs. The elevator runs from the ground elevator room to the family room to the 2nd floor bedrooms; the Bunk Room is not serviced by the elevator. Linens are provided. No Pets and No Smoking.

High Point is located directly on a private non-driving beach and only three miles from the seawall. Close to the seawall for eating or shopping but far enough for a quiet relaxing family stay on the beach! No Weddings, No PROMs, No graduation or large parties/events permitted.

DISCLOSURE: Your safety matters to us. To monitor for trespassing, sand dune damage and/or theft, five exterior visible security cameras survey the driveway, the garage doors, the elevator room door, and the all important sand dune. While these exterior cameras are never actively monitored during a guest’s stay to protect the guest’s privacy, the cameras are recorded and the homeowner may review recordings as necessary.
